Extremely disappointed. Cleanliness and maid service awful. Minimum 3 months of dust on the chifforobe. Rug never vacuumed. Not given replacement ice bag or cups, just sad. Room service food and trash left in hallway more than 24 hours. I just expected more for what I was paying. Staff allowed people to smoke wherever they wanted. Simply poor management. Please don’t expect to get to many free drinks while playing the slots either, rarely saw a waitress. If looking for that I can suggest the Horseshoe. I will say this though about the Paris, even if not staying there take the observation deck trip. The views are amazing. Other than that I would not recommend it in any other way.

We reserved a Giverny King Suite. We loved the peace and quiet of our room! We never heard any other noises from outside our room. We slept deeply in spite of being in the city that never sleeps! We also enjoyed the spaciousness of our suite. The walk-in shower was perfect for freshening-up after a visit to the pool, while the huge soaking tub was a wonderful way to unwind after a day of walking. We used the mini fridge for snacks and the living room for in-room dining. The thermostat worked perfectly. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed having two bathrooms and two closets. We would definitely stay here again. Suggestions: clean coffee-stained couch, replace round, wooden table whose top comes off, fix or replace the coffee machine that only made 1/2 cup of coffee when a full cup was poured into it. All staff members were very helpful, friendly and professional: cleaning staff, front desk (Ricky; double checked all our charges to make sure everything was accurate), taxi stand, Bell Captain, random staff walking around (helped us find our room). It seemed like they enjoyed working here! We also highly recommend Alexxa’s restaurant; both the food and service were outstanding! We loved the cappuccinos at Cafe Americano and the croissant, and the “ham and Brie on baguette” at Brioche by Guy Savoie. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the top of the Eiffel Tower at night; it is a great spot to enjoy the Bellagio fountain show. We were AmAZed at Cirque de Soleil’s “O” show across the street at the Bellagio. We are about to dine at the Eiffel Tower restaurant, which has been called the best food in all of Vegas. And if you enjoy comedy, we laughed for 90 minute’s at the Comedy Cellar’s show at the Rio. But, mostly, we just loved being here, on vacation, in the Paris Hotel. Thank you for giving us a much needed time of rest, togetherness, playfulness, nourishment, and joy!

Hotel is clean. Easy to check in and out. Room in and of itself is fine. We had an ongoing issue with our shower that tainted our impression of Paris. Second night of our stay, hot water went out. We'd have 2-5 minutes of hot water before it went ice cold. 2-5 isn't enough for a shower between 2 people. We called in the morning and a woman named Angie answered. She advised she'd send an engineer to get it fixed. We go about our day. That evening still cold water so we call again. Gentleman that answered was mostly pleasant and said he'd send an engineer our way. Engineer doesn't show up until 11:30 p.m. waking us up. He was rude as the water was hot at first. We tried to explain that it'll go out and be cold. Engineer said that it's working now so if we have another problem to call back the next day. Had a problem the next day so we called again. This time the woman answering the phone was rude saying that if the water is hot when the engineer gets there then how do they know there's a problem. I again explained that the water starts hot and then goes cold. She made a snide comment before advising she'd open another ticket and have an engineer go our way. After 2 hours of waiting, we decided to shower in cold water for a 3rd night in a row rather than be woken up in the middle of the night before we fly out the next day. Three of four nights with cold showers is crazy for a hotel with those prices. Our running jokes is that even the cheapest resorts like Excalibur at least have hot water. Definitely do not recommend.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share how disappointed I was with Paris Hotel Las Vegas. This place is the definition of *overhyped*. For the jaw-dropping price of **$700 a night**, you'd expect luxury, comfort, and at the very least, some basic amenities. What you get instead is a tired, outdated room that looks like it hasn’t been touched since the early 1960s. Let me start with the room. It was **old, depressing, and barren of any real amenities**. No complimentary coffee, no water bottles, no microwave, no fridge – nothing. Just a dusty room with furniture that belongs in a thrift store. The **air conditioner sounded like it was borrowed from an 1800s airplane** – loud, rattling, and ineffective. We couldn’t sleep with it on, but we’d melt if it was off. Pick your poison. The **carpet was filthy and worn**, with visible stains that looked older than Vegas itself. Walking barefoot in the room felt like walking on mystery grime. The **hallways smelled rotten**, like mold or some industrial cleaner trying and failing to mask the stench. Every time we walked to the elevator, it felt like a walk of shame. Sure, the **lobby tries to fool you with faux elegance**, but it’s all smoke and mirrors. Once you step into the elevator and get to your floor, it’s like time traveling to Paris in **200 BC** — crumbling, dark, and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the **walls are paper-thin**. You can hear *everything* — your neighbors’ conversations, toilets flushing, doors slamming, and even someone sneezing three rooms over. This isn’t just annoying — it’s unacceptable for a hotel charging luxury prices. We tried calling the front desk about the AC issue and were **put on hold for 15 minutes, only to be told there was "nothing they could do" except send a technician the next morning — which never happened. Staff seemed indifferent at best, rude at worst. Don’t expect service with a smile here. Even the pool was a disappointment— tiny, overcrowded, and shaded for most of the day. It felt more like a motel pool than something you'd expect from a major Vegas hotel. No drink service, long waits for towels, and barely any chairs. Parking? $20 a day. Resort fee? Another hidden charge. For what? WiFi that barely works and a "fitness center" smaller than a hotel room closet. Everything here screams **nickel-and-dime**. Bottom line: If you're looking for a luxurious Vegas experience, do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. Paris Hotel is all show and no substance. It’s rundown, overpriced, and clearly resting on its reputation from decades ago. We left feeling ripped off and disappointed — not exactly what you want from a Vegas vacation.

Such a fun hotel, and right in the middle of everything. We had never stayed here before. We usually stay at the linq, but this hotel was just as nice and well located on the strip. The casino has alot more slots and better tables in my opinion!!!
