Another great stay in Vegas
Beautiful hotel with a fabulous location. Grab breakfast at Hard Rock cafe!!! It was wonderful. So much shopping close by if that is your thing. The pools are fabulous. Room was nice. Bed was cozy. Noise level was low. I enjoyed my stay at this location.

Great hotel. Great value. Easy to get to during F1 Madness!
Always a great value, comfortable beds, and great location. Were able to get all over the strip (even with the track blocking some) easier than most casinos. The MGM application is amazing for checking in online and then just getting right to your room. You can go to the front desk, especially for non busy times, and sometimes can get a better deal on upgrades if that's your thing.

Underwhelming
We booked Park MGM on the recommendation of an acquaintance who, up til this point, had solid recs. Pros: Non-smoking casino and hotel Eataly was amazing and on property Check-in through their app saved us a wait in line. Digital room key was convenient upon check in Tram to Aria, Bellagio, and Shops at Crystals was convenient Nice housekeeping staff Price Cons: No drawers for clothing. Inadequate space in armoire for both of our items of clothing Husband found bed uncomfortable Digital room key didn't work after initial use. Need to ask for accessible room--we didn't and got an old bathtub with poor drainage vs a shower. Bathing with freezing water on your feet and hot water on your body is disorienting. Obviously a "flip" done from an older property and it was apparent. Dingy areas in room. Plenty of outlets but whether they functioned is another matter. Horrid soap, conditioner, shampoo provided Hair dryer kept turning on and off by itself--suspect it's an electrical hazard All in all we wish we'd spent a little more and stayed elsewhere.

The room needs better sound proofed
What I like: - eataly is right next to the hotel - taxi/share riding pick up area is easy to find and close to the bell service - close to concenient stores where I can purchase necessities, e.g. gallons of distilled water What I dislike: - I can clearly hear the conversation next door. The person to my left was a gentleman who came back around midnight every night and he spent about an hour talking to his friend/family either on the phone or video chat. Also I can hear him coughing through out the evening while sleeping. The person to my right set up alarm at 645am and out it on snooze 3 times before he/she got up and had a shower. That person also liked to roll up/down the curtains before bed. I don't have superpower but the walls are definitely too thin and not sound proofed at all.

Great experience as usual
My sister and I stayed in suite 8301 and loved every minute. It was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The location is great and the casino is smoke free, which we love. I would highly recommend staying there. Make sure to check out La La Noodles for a delicious meal.
