As the desk clerk stated: This is not a hotel, it’s a condo hotel. Clearly, I made a mistake in booking. He was right, and it makes a difference. To me, a star rating for a hotel includes the service, of which there was none. Literally. Apparently, if you’re booking 3rd party, you can be in a room of a private owner. Honestly, I did miss that in the fine print so that’s completely on me. However, I still need to provide a review and information, so others are not caught off guard. In that case, if you want housekeeping, you need to call a separate number. Full services are $99 a day, partial I think was $69. If there is a maintenance issue, you may have to wait as that team is not available after 4:00 p.m. There are no Guest Services. A desk, yes, but over 4 weekend days/nights always empty. No bell service, but there is staff to hold your bags until check in (no carts). The interior of the complex is very clean and well kept. Certain areas of the exterior are in decline, although the landscaping is excellent. A balcony sounds like a good idea, but there is no furniture, and the railing is a bit too low. I spoke to a number of other guests, and they all confirmed that it felt unsafe and did not use it. 2 room suites are not 2 room suites, they are 2 identical rooms with separate doors that can be left open because there’s another door to both of those. You are at least a 15-minute walk from the strip if you’re brisk. Make sure you look at a map if you frequent the strip for perspective. If you like to use the monorail, it’s very convenient compared to most. The room itself was fine, good storage, decent space and amenities. Good security and controlled access to elevators.

This is the only place I ever stay at . I have been coming here for 40 years and stayed at many different properties. Signature is better in every way . I can’t imagine staying anywhere besides here. We got upgraded to penthouse and it was amazing. Bravo Signature

Excellent experience starting from check in to check out. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Very spacious room with balcony and great views. Very clean and housekeeping staff was very good. Only negative was the pillows are terrible. Location is great with easy access to MGM and monorail. Will definitely stay here again. Worth the $$.

Hotel was nice. F1 construction was awful and super annoying. Traffic seemed 10x worse than regular. Room was very nice. Coffee maker was not clean so o didn’t use. The room had a great view. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was great. I would come back, but would be good to get a heads up about the construction. It was a PAIN

Very nice accommodations but high resort fee for no reason. The room was beautiful and we felt at home however, we had a kitchen with no plates, pots, pans, untensils,or cups but I paid over $200 in resort fees+Tax every night. I would stay again but please remove my trash daily and replace the coffee daily. I had to go to Starbucks every morning and pay for some more expensive than usual coffee and they wouldn't allow me to use my Starbucks rewards app. Very disappointing!!!

We just had the pleasure of staying in a lovely suite at the MGM Grand. It was a joy to be able to enjoy the action on the strip and come back to the hotel for peace and comfort - we loved the jacuzzi tub and plush bed. I will most likely only stay here when I return to Vegas!
