I really do not like the experience I had in the hotel, though I had a nice time but the services were far from professional. Honestly speaking I want rating of five star hotel because of the experience I had and also the services being rendered at the hotel

The Vip (Westgate Club) room is awesome Antonia and Rizalda are awesome. They are friendly and fun to talk to. We enjoy the snacks and breakfast and the wine and the beer and cheese and crackers on the weekend. If your a Westgate owner the VIP room is a must.

FUN! Coolest duo in town. They brought the VIBES forsure! Especially for a Wednesday night. But regardless of the night, a must come back for! Stevie Wonder, Earth Wind & Fire, SteelyDan, Tower of Power, WAR. The two of them using the Congas, Flute, violin, Sax... DOPE! SanJose,Ca in the house . Lol

The hotel bed was very comfortable but the hotel itself is a bit worn out. Clean. The pool was very nice and there were plenty of lounge chairs. Music at the pool is too loud but not awful. My room supposedly had a Strip View but it wasn't really. The room also had a connecting door.

The parking garage isn't operated by the hotel and it is an absolute nightmare. Trying to ask the front desk how it works is usually met with uncertainty or apprehension about giving any information out. The front desk is hit or miss, some people i spoke to were incredibly helpful and some were rude. Good luck trying to get a straight answer out of anyone, it's nearly impossible. If you're waiting to check in, you will be offered a "free" breakfast or lunch. Don't talk to these people. I asked what was the catch, he said nothing and brought me to a customer service desk. After about 30 seconds, the lady mentioned a time share showing and I immediately mentioned that time was told there wasn't a catch. Our friends got roped into the "90" minute presentation that lasted nearly 5 hours. They had a better chance of escaping the temple of doom than getting out of the meeting with their promised stuff. The room wasn't too bad, and the rest of the staff were nice. Based on the parking, front desk, and the lying sack of human feces from their time share dept, I won't return. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
