Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino

Hotel was comfortable, rooms were clean, great view of the sphere! However, AVOID ALEENEK TECHNOLOGIES. I don’t understand why this nice hotel has such scammers operating out of it. I got swindled out of $300 and my friend $999!! The product is crap, but they pull up a website ( obviously created by them) and tell you the product is $500 when it’s actually on amazon for $70!!! Ruined my stay there, and I won’t stay there again because of the rip off experience. I thought it was suspicious why they kept asking when we were leaving, we were leaving on Sunday, and suspiciously they were closed all day Saturday.. I’m sure we’re not the only ones who just tucked tail and got on our plane and left. No one wants to admit to being scammed and really what’s the recourse?? None. Wake up westgate! Read the reviews of this store you have!!

The hotel is nice, very big, and had lots of options to eat in, but all are very very expensive. The front desk staff were and helpful nice until we had an issue in day 5. However Valerie the Customer Experience Manager was amazing to deal with. We had a lovely large room with a view of the Sphere, which we loved! We couldn't fault it, however on day 5, a couple moved into the room connected which had obviously not been occupied up to that day. The couple didn't do anything wrong at all. And we're merely chatting and laughing etc...but the issue is we felt like they were in our room and most likely us in there room when we spoke! There was zero zero zero sound proofing. It was so unsettling. It really tainted our final 2 days and although Valerie said she would try to move us, we declined. A manager at front desk had already, in a very rude manner, told me he wouldn't be moving us due to the hotels full capacity which I understood. I really feel the hotel needs to tell couples if they are being put in a connecting room and give the choice of accepting it or not, as it doesn't feel right that you are in a room with just a regular, very light and not sound proofed room door between you and complete strangers! The noise level is unbelievable and it is not at all private. Other than this we really enjoyed the Westgate and Valerie was so lovely.

Our trip was nice. The staff was professional. We received great service. The only down side is that there aren't any stoves in the suites. Other than that our experience with Rex R, Rachel D, Juan J & Anthony P were wonderful. We'd definitely return to this location again.

We were greeted by Rex Ricarte who sure made picture taking a fun experience! He took pictures of all of us in front of a picture of Barry. Nice start to our experience with Barry Manilow…what a great show!! This is our third time seeing Barry and it never gets old!

Antonia and Rizalda were kind, friendly, welcoming and had the space tidy. They were sweet with our energetic kids. The food was individually packaged so it felt sanitary, but we wish there was also a toast option. We had a good experience. We will be back.
