Fantastic stay!
We had an amazing stay here in December. The staff were brilliant throughout our stay and the rooms are exceptional and have everything you need. The spa is so clean, and is a lovely place to spend some time. The location was good as there is a metro station just opposite the hotel and you can very quickly get into the city centre. The sky lounge is fantastic and will always be a special place for us as we got engaged there on this trip! The staff couldn’t have been more friendly, and in particular we wanted to say a special thank you to Loris Ottier who helped plan the whole surprise! He was super friendly and helpful throughout, and also gave us some great tip tips of where to visit! Thank you for everything, and we will definitely be back!

Luxury in Lausanne
Gorgeous hotel with very friendly staff; breakfast buffet is amazing! My room, a deluxe double, was well appointed, having everything I could have needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. The only annoying thing was having to figure out that you need to press the master lighting button next to the bed to get proper lighting in the room.

Memorable relaxing experience. The staff is truly welcoming. Dog friendly hotel. Location near the lake for a promenade, yet close to the center within a couple of subway stops (free transport pass with the hotel). Recommended for a lovely stay in Lausanne.

It was one of the most beautiful days I spent at the Royal Savoy Hotel & Spa Lausanne, and I look forward to visiting it again. It was excellent in terms of the helpful reception staff and outstanding services. Its prime location, close to all the attractions and the lake, made it an unforgettable experience.

With a fully paid room through Hotels.com hotel cancelled my reservation and made me pay 2nd time
Staff was not helpful and didnt do anything to get the refund or somehow fix this problem. We received not the room we originally booked. Shower had either too hot or cold water - nothing in between. Broken glasses in the room. Their famous rooftop lounge is closed on Monday
