JW Marriott Mauritius

This property was a St. Regis prior to the pandemic closure. It was rebranded on reopening as a JW Marriott. I think this may be an attempt by Marriott to upgrade the JW brand as the property, amenities, and staff are still at or above the St.Regis standard. Overall our experience here was among the best we have experienced at high end properties such as One and Only, Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, Oberoi, Peninsula, Rosewood, etc. The staff were exceptional and every one of them greeted us by name wherever we went on property. The butlers assigned us were extremely helpful in arranging activities, meals, and transportation making the whole stay a joy. We had a suite with a large lanai from which' you stepped directly onto the beach. It is a good swimming beach in addition to multiple beachside pools. The multiple resturants were all great , but the Indian resturant was exceptional and the Thai/pan Asian restaurant was also very good. We will definitely return the next time we come to Mauritius.

As you start your vacation , you are greeted by courteous and helpful staff as if the views from the property are not enough to blow your mind and soul . I mean it’s exceptional the place , the vibe , the food and the service . We didn’t find anything less than perfect for my entire family . Special thanks to Mr. Shirish Srivastava and Nauseen who went extra mile to make our stay wonderful. There are so many things to do inside itself for both adults and kids that you won’t mind staying in all the time . I would go back myself and would recommend it to one and all .

We spent one week in JW Marriott Le Morne and that was one of the most fabulous experience we had!! The hotel is amazing, by far in one of the best locations in Mauritius. The staff was so welcoming, kind, always ready to help and smiling all the time. A special thank you to Miss Bouchra who welcomed us and made sure we had all we need in our beautiful villa and during the entire stay, to the room staff who was always happy to help, to Lucinda and the restaurant team (special thanks to Miss Christelle, Christine and their colleagues), to the beach and pool team (Yash & Amourel) and to Yolinda, Samuela and the ladies from the kids club who took good care of our kids :) we definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Mauritius :)

Legit 9 out of 10. Charming vibes and one of the best beaches at the island! Thumbs up for the beach boys, which been taking care of us, and sharing only best vibes. Villey, Didier, Emmanuel and Rickish, u the best! And a huuuge thanx to Barkamol which helped us to manage all the bookings and plan all the activities, and the brilliant team at the main bar! All of their suggestions were 100 legit!

We went for our anniversary trip, and needless to say, everything was absolutely perfect and thoughtful. From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail was unmatched. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, ensuring that every moment was effortless and relaxing. The service was warm and attentive without being intrusive, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about making our stay memorable.
