HS HOTSSON Hotel Leon

This is my GO-TO hotel when staying in Leon for business. The Hotel Bar is great for late night dining. The steak nachos are really good. The breakfast buffet is excellent; not your typical hotel breakfast. It has an Omlette bar and even Sushi on the buffet. Two negatives on this last trip: 1) The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slepped in. It was like sleeping on the floor, with a 1/2" foam pad under the sheets. So hard....just not good. 2) The noise/music from the bar travels through the atrium and can be heard quite clearly in all the rooms. My room door did not have a good seal and the noise from the bar could be heard until pretty late in the evening. I've taken advantage of the pool area, gym and massage at the spa. They are all very nice at this hotel.

We stayed there before and had some issues. We heard other residents that also had issues. Our issues were minor and we didn't really know what was going on with the other residents. All of this happened on the 3rd floor. We liked the hotel and decided to stay there again. So, 2.5 years later we stayed and went through he'll. Once again we were placed on the 3rd floor. The first night we went from one room to the next. Both were on the 3rd floor and were bad. It was too late to complain again. We knew we would have to pack up all of our things again to move or wait for Maintenance to come and fix the air conditioning. You pay way too much money to go through all of this.

Good hotel and will locate it for us that have to work close to the theater. We came four years ago and it was recently refurbished now you could tell there was no much work done. My bathroom smelled a lot like sewage, and the room was super noisy both from indoor and outside noise. Bed and pillows are comfortable.

This is a very "formal" hotel. Very friendly people, great location with a very convenient coffee shop at its first floor and a nice restaurant. Average gym but anything you might need, great rooms, actually little apartments and amazing pool. Highly recommended!

In the center of town close to the city center. However I found it difficult to figure out how to walk to the city center. The hotel seems older but it is maintained very well and very beautiful. The staff is very friendly and keeps everything clean. The breakfast buffet is awesome, the lunch and dinner menus need more satisfying vegan options.
