Lovely stay in Lima
The hotel lived up to the Belmond brand. Everything was wonderful, and my husband and I had a wonderful weekend. The concierge was very helpful since we reserved the trip, and helped us plan our itinerary. The AC in the room was wonderful, very cold the whole trip, which is exactly how we like it. The front desk team was very helpful. We had a very late flight, and they were very accommodating with the room.

We can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was at Miraflores. From the general manager Rosa to Patricia and the rest of the staff. They were all so hospitable and accommodating. You feel so special from the moment you walk into any Belmond property. Loved the breakfast selections, the pisco lesson and the delicious meal at the restaurant.

Exceeded expectations
Excellent 4 days from moment of check in. Arrived late from flight from Atlanta. Brought to table in reception, offered a welcome drink and check in completed at a nice table. Room just fine. Rooftop buffet breakfast was extensive. Front desk staff always helpful with directions, suggestions and provided excellent security. I would return.

We visited Peru and the entire trip was spectacular. Orient-Express hotels provided exceptional service and world-class accommodations. We stayed at the Miraflores Park Hotel, Hotel Monasterio, and Machu Picchu Sanctuary Lodge. All three hotels had beautiful rooms, outstanding restaurants, and a helpful friendly English-speaking staff. From now on, Orient-Express will be at the top of my list for worldwide travel.

We traveled to Peru and enjoyed stays at Miraflores Hotel in Lima, Hotel Monasterio in Cusco, and Machu Picchu Sanctuary Lodge. I am highly satisfied and recommend these hotels without reservation.
