Exceeded expectations
Excellent 4 days from moment of check in. Arrived late from flight from Atlanta. Brought to table in reception, offered a welcome drink and check in completed at a nice table. Room just fine. Rooftop buffet breakfast was extensive. Front desk staff always helpful with directions, suggestions and provided excellent security. I would return.

Great experience
If you go to the hotel, don't miss the Pisco sour experience at the Bar, or the sunsets at the pool. Definitively a great place to stay in Miraflores.

This hotel is beautiful from the lobby to the room to the rooftop pool to the spa and dining Service is friendly and impeccable. Tragaluz was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend staying here when you are visiting Lima

Great stay
Real nice hotel over looking the water. The room was great, with fantastic views. Staff exceptionally helpful. Bed was very comfortable with a great nights sleep. Check in was very easy as was all services in the hotel. Front door staff were always there to greet you as you returned.

Wonderful hotel - amazing staff - friendly, helpful and welcoming. Beautiful rooms. Great breakfast. Did I mention how wonderful the staff is! Front desk, valets, waiter, housekeeping - we had a great experience. It also has a great location. I would never stay anywhere else in Lima!

We visited Peru and the entire trip was spectacular. Orient-Express hotels provided exceptional service and world-class accommodations. We stayed at the Miraflores Park Hotel, Hotel Monasterio, and Machu Picchu Sanctuary Lodge. All three hotels had beautiful rooms, outstanding restaurants, and a helpful friendly English-speaking staff. From now on, Orient-Express will be at the top of my list for worldwide travel.

We traveled to Peru and enjoyed stays at Miraflores Hotel in Lima, Hotel Monasterio in Cusco, and Machu Picchu Sanctuary Lodge. I am highly satisfied and recommend these hotels without reservation.
