Sheraton Lisboa Hotel & Spa

Lots of great features and experiences. Overall room qualities I rate as five star. I like the room size, quality of bedding and other furnishings, and amenities. As a titanium member, I was given a premium room which included lounge access. All the staff members I encountered were friendly and helpful.

The hotel's Spirito Spa is a must when staying at the Sheraton. Here you will receive luxurious treatments using Alqvimia's premium products. I booked an Ultimate Aromatherapy Experience (1 hour) and a Facial Calmante (1 hour). The spa therapists are the best!🤍

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and I can say that they were excellent nights. The service at the reception was very good, we had a problem with our card at check-in, and I have to thank the receptionists João and Fabio, they were very efficient and helped us resolve the problem as quickly as possible. When we arrived at the room we were surprised with champagne and chocolates, a beautiful surprise since we were celebrating 6 years of marriage and visiting Portugal for the first time, we had a great experience at breakfast too. One thing I would like to mention is, I work as an assistant housekeeping manager at England in a Marriott hotel as well, so the cleaning part will always be very important to me. The room was super clean when we arrived, and also when we returned later to the room. The only thing that "failed" for me was that they changed the pillowcase on our pillows, but it had a strong and not very pleasant smell and another thing was that they didn't replace more coffee after we used the ones we had in the room. I don't like to criticize the housekeeping team because I know that they are the hardest working team in a hotel, but I know that constructive criticism can be positive for the team's improvement. That said, I hope to return to Lisbon soon and enjoy the Sheraton's accommodation once again.

Joao checked me in and he was great, helpful and accommodating. The hotel is in a very convenient area with nice restaurants, markets and walking distance to the metro. My room was spacious and clean. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Lisboa.

Exceptional service from everyone! The concierge and truly the entire staff were great! They have a wonderful lobby bar where the personnel were extremely attentive. The happy hour snack was customized for our vegetarian diet, it was amazing and something different every night! The hotel itself is very nice, and the room was spacious. It was an excellent choice for us, and we would stay again!
