Sheraton Lisboa Hotel & Spa

The service is very good. Ismael Dabo was very kind, enthusiastic and positive. He worked in the bar from the hotel. Even though it was busy and late, he had a smile on his face the while time and the service he provides is excellent! He makes sure everybody is comfortable and he checks this every now and then with you personally. Great!

The Sheraton Lisboa is a large modern high rise hotel located away from the bustling heart of the city, but very well accessed by Lisbon Metro lines. As such it suited us perfectly. The hotel is used quite a bit by tour groups so it is always busy, but in some ways this just adds to the variety. The lobby and bar/restaurant areas are very smart and well cared for. Breakfast in the restaurant was lively, but it was incredibly well managed. Staff were always available and cleaned and restocked constantly. A really appetising selection of cold and hot items were available - the bread selection was amazing. Our room was on a higher floor and had a great view and was quiet. The room was really well appointed with a very modern bathroom and a very comfortable mattress and bed. We found the staff (like almost everyone in Lisbon) to be super friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed meeting Patrica at the front desk/reception who was so warm and welcoming. We loved our stay and look forward to returning.

Towels are grey. Requested firm pillows three times and they never delivered. Shower water not hot, told them and they did nothing. Dirty coffee cups at breakfast. Staff are inattentive overall and disengaged. Had poor sleep due to pillows and cold showers. 12euro for a beer at the bar is ridiculous. Very disappointed, never again.

From arrival to departure the customer service throughout is excellent. Food is also very good across all meals with great choices. Decor and furnishings are modern and impressive. Rooms are large and very well appointed (lighting system a bit of guess work). Gym has good equipment

From the moment we checked in we felt welcome. Our Portuguese is very poor but Christina immediately changed to excellent English. She directed us immediately to the lounge where we met Mario Jesus, Tome, Israel and Lizette. For 5 nights they treated us like special guests, offering suggestions for the next day, asking about our experiences and learning our favorite aperitifs. We were genuinely sad to leave but I know we’ll be back! Thank you all for a wonderful visit!
