Outstanding 4 Day Stay
Our family of 7 occupied four rooms for several nights at the Tivoli Avenida Liberdade during the recent holiday season. I can't say enough about the facility's location, quality of service and our accommodations. Our breakfasts, which were included with our reservations, were among the best we've experienced during any of our hotel stays. Across the board, there was impeccable service from all of the hotel staff we encountered, whether at the front desk, lobby, or restaurants. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Luxury experience in Lisbon
Me and my boyfriend spent some days in Lisbon during our trip in Portugal. The hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever been, they put special care to the guests and the details. We had the room on an upper floor with the view directly on the Avenida Liberdade. Great service with very tasty dishes at the restaurant of the hotel, as well as at breakfast. The rooftop bar has an amazing view all over the city. Special mention and many thanks to Nelson, the Front Office Manager, who made our stay memorable. Looking forward to come back!

Very civilized home away from home
Check in with Joana was very smooth. Very helpful young lady. Spectacular lobby, very well decorated for Christmas. Contemporary room looks simple and understated. Clean. Breakfast was very nice but the best part was Carlos, our server, who did an excellent job. Obrigado Carlos!
