Tivoli Avenida Liberdade Lisboa

We arrived early and check-in wasn't ready until the afternoon. The manager gave us a seat in the club lounge so we could freshen up, have some snacks and refreshments while we waited for our room. During our four day stay we enjoyed the hotel breakfast which was very fresh and while a buffet, there was a full service staff to help you. If you did not want to get up and pick out your own breakfast, you could ask them to bring it to your table. The rooms are starting to show a little bit of wear, but are in really good shape still. We did not hear a lot of noise from the hallway or from neighboring rooms which was a really good sign. Overall recommend this place and the restaurant downstairs for a nice relaxing stay with accommodating helpful staff.

My sincere appreciation to this outstanding hotel and to their outstanding Concierge Team. During our stay their professionalism, efficiency, and kindness truly stood out. A special thanks to Daniel who went above and beyond to assist us in retrieving a lost laptop that we had misplaced during our connection at Madrid Airport the previous day. His follow-up, attention to detail, and dedication made all the difference in ensuring a smooth resolution. For this reason alone, I would highly recommend this hotel without hesitation—a thousand times over! Thank you again to the Tivoli Libertade Team for sharing the beautiful facilities, great location and exceptional service. We will certainly return!

We have spent 5 nights in Tivoli hotel in Feb 2025. The experience was just exceptional on all aspects. We tried the various amenities, gym, spa, Cervezeria, Seen roof top… service quality and staff professionalism were really outstanding. Pedro Ferreira (guest relations) took very good care of us and ensured our needs are met at all time. He speaks multiple languages and goes the extra mile to satisfy the clients. What an experience, truly!

Cared for. That’s how we felt immediately after checking in to the Tivoli Avenida Liberdade in Lisbon. We couldn’t have asked for more comfort, thoughtfulness and kindness. Concierge Carolina O. curated ideal itineraries for us for which we were most grateful. Her suggestions were spot on for our interests and curious natures. The Lobby Bar is also very comfortable and welcoming. Our drinks and light meals were exactly what we needed after a day of sightseeing. Try the Portuguese cheese board - delicious!

I cannot express our thanks to all the staff at this incredible hotel! The moment we arrived for our 20th wedding anniversary they made us feel so special and welcome! SEEN restaurant meal was spectacular and the setting and views second to none in Lisbon with atmospheric music - perfect anniversary meal, and the service was second to none thanks to Phillip our waiter! Also Carolina’s help with our itinerary was amazing and she couldn’t do enough to make our stay even more special. Lorenzo on the front desk was also extremely attentive and made it even special - what more can I say except we can’t wait to return next year!!!
