Travel Agent Approved

As a travel agent, this is a hidden gem that I personally look forward to taking my family to. The staff, the food, and the view are as amazing as the view from the famous gigantic lodge windows. With only 34 rooms, the quantness adds to the luxurious feel. Hiking, fishing, spa, gourmet meals - there is no need to leave the resort. We can't wait to get back to our favorite place!

Spa Retreat

We stayed at Sage for our work spa retreat and it was the perfect way to bond and relax at the same time. We had dinner at the steak house the night of our arrival and were pleased with the service and food. Highly recommend the Tare Tare!!! Our rooms were gorgeous with a fabulous view of the mountains. A fireplace set the tone for staying cozy and enjoying the most comfortable bed. The staff was wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful with every question we had. We visited the spa and all enjoyed our services and the facilities. Breakfast and lunch in the fireside room was so lovely, the servers gave us a big warm welcome and made sure we had more than we needed. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a getaway!

Spa Girls Getaway!

Our spa team had the best time during our stay at Sage Lodge! The rooms were super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The spa experience was amazing—every treatment was top-notch, and the therapists were so welcoming. We also loved hanging out in the steam room, sauna, and hot tub—they were incredible and made the whole trip feel extra special. Big thanks to Sage Lodge for such a relaxing and inspiring getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Laid back luxury with Big Montana views.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

Absolutely stunning lodge with spectacular views. Rooms are well appointed- excellent bathroom layout. Fireplace and private patio with a view of the mountains and the trout pond. Staff is outstanding. Laid back luxury. Ordered Breakfast both mornings- steel oats and avocado toast were delicious. Only a 45-60 minute drive to the north gate of Yellowstone. Thanksgiving dinner at the Grill was so so- they ran out of stufffing at 6:45 and for the price we paid- there should have been mountains of stuffing. HVAC in room was a little tricky, but we slept great. Staff even hooked up a firestick in our room so we could watch an out of area football game. Will definitely return.
