Finca Serena Mallorca

If you want to get away and literally relax than this is the place. However, there is nothing to do on property in the evenings so be aware. I would suggest staying in Palma and take the 30 m taxi ride to the country for an activity. The staff is young and inexperienced and not aware of the offerings on the hotels actual website, A/C was needed to be turned on every evening, shower temperature handle needed to be fixed during our stay along, among other things that don't represent a 5 star hotel. When you need to tell the staff about what's own their own website does not make for a good start. Pick somewhere else!

Finca Serena was the venue for our wedding in October 2024, but prior to that we had visited in April 2024 and in April 2023. It could not have been better :) In short: Amazing place, amazing and warm staff, great service, superb food, lovely areas for hikes/running and relaxation. Breakfast is top notch. Wine selection at restaurant is great and balanced between Mallorcan, national and some international ones. Rooms are large in general. Extremely calming surroundings. We will surely be back, not doubt. Perfect for a couple getaway, a short stay with friends or family. Jacaranda lunch/dinner also worth a visit irrespectively!

There is nothing wrong with this hotel…but it’s in the middle of nowhere. The surrounding landscape is arid. The nearby towns/locals are not interested in having visitors around. Local residents gave us the stink eye. I don’t blame them. It was weird that we were there. The restaurant was pretty good. We also drove to Palma for dinner which is only 30min away. The rooms (esp beds!) were comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly. I would recommend this hotel only if you wanted to stay on the property the whole time. Otherwise, a beach hotel would be more convenient. My rating mainly reflects location, but it is what it is.

Exceptional property and services! Once you’re here, you won’t want to leave. The rooms are simple and beautiful. The views are picturesque countryside. The food is delicious, especially daily breakfast. The staff are lovely, the concierge Natalia was a huge help! Highly recommend!!!

The most beautiful, serene experience. Breakfast was truly delicious with plenty of options. I cannot thank the team anymore for their excellent service, especially Natalia who went above and beyond during check in and check out! I will be back soon no doubt.
