The Oberoi Beach Resort, Lombok

My wife and I had a phenomenal time at the Oberoi Lombok and we cannot thank GM Tanmay and his team, Ansel and the kitchen, Han the driver, Rowi and the crew enough. You guys have it down to perfection and we are truly impressed. We look forward to our next visit and special mention to your team for ahving the nous to not chick food out wastefully - a truly important gesture in our opinion....

I have stayed at various hotels over the years during my travel. Saint Regis, Ritz Carlton, Four seasons, Hilton Conrad's you name it and no one compares to the Oberoi hotels. I've stayed at six of them in India one of them in Morocco and then one in Bali and one in Lombok

Most beautiful resort, located on a quiet pat of Lombok. The Oberoi Lombok has an incredibly attentive staff. They make sure that every guest is optimally served. Excellent location for a super holiday. The resort is built in traditional Indonesian style and the resort is full of authentic (locally made) furniture. Food is excellent especially if you are interested in local delights.

The resort is beautiful. Very clean and everything worked! The staff are so friendly and without doubt they are the greatest asset of the hotel. The ocean view villa was exceptional. It was beautifully laid out, spacious, and very comfortable. Again, everything worked as it should and it made for a ver comfortable stay. The attention to detail was brilliant. From the sunglasses cleaning at the poolside to the water sports area, every member of staff made the extra effort to ensure we had a great stay. The food in the restaurant was some of the best we have tasted in our varied travels across the world. I can honestly say this was one of our favourite all time hotels and one of our all time favourite stays. I like the fact that check-in is completed in a comfortable relaxed area and not at a desk. We sat with that beautiful view of the ocean in comfortable chairs with a refreshing drink. The spa was lovely and we enjoyed a 90 minute Balinese massage for my wife's birthday which was just superb. The maintenance of the grounds is something you should be very proud of. The gardeners worked so hard to keep the area looking first class. They really must have passion for what they do. The grass cutting and the foliage looked so well looked after. There was nothing we found that we felt should be improved, it was a perfect stay for us, so thank you

Wonderful hotel Lombok. The property is large and extremely well maintained. The hotel distinguishes itself through an outstanding service and extremely polite and friendly. Additionally the value for money is great with many complementary offerings including an afternoon tea, daily fruit basket and a full list of free activities every day. Highly recommended!
