We would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire team for their extremely positive and helpful attitude and the great support you provided, which significantly contributed to the success of our stay and our event last week. I would especially like to highlight Beáta from the Housekeeping department, who was always available to assist us under all circumstances. The reception team, the kitchen staff, and the waitstaff were also fantastic. Last but not least, I would like to thank Sarah for her continuous support during the preparations. We are very much looking forward to continuing our collaboration! In the meantime, we wish the whole team all the best!

The hotel is SO comfortable and charming. You really feel like you are in the UK. The staff is incredibly helpful. I arrived after a long flight from Los Angeles, had a bubble bath and walked around the vibrant Sloan Square. There are lovely restaurants, bars and shops in walking distance to the hotel. Did I mention that they had a very cool bar? They do and the bartender was Sylvano originally from Italy. Let's see I had a Whiskey with soda and then moved to the tea room where I was served one of the best hamburgers ever. There were cute little tasty french fries involved too. Going back again for sure!

I stayed at Cadogan Gardens for one night last week on a work trip, and from the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive, making sure every detail was just right without ever feeling intrusive. My room was beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable. The bed was one of the comfiest hotel beds I have slept in. Everything about the hotel feels elegant yet cosy, with a real sense of character and charm. Breakfast was an absolute treat. I had the vegetarian Full English which was fresh, delicious, and served with the same friendly, professional service that made my whole stay so enjoyable. And the location is just perfect - right in the heart of Chelsea, surrounded by beautiful streets, boutique shops, and great cafés. I only wish I could have stayed longer! A truly wonderful hotel with an amazing team. Thank you all for looking after me and making me feel so welcome.

Lovely luxury boutique hotel ! I have been coming since 2005. lovely room - great cuisine in the Hans Restaurant outside on the garden or out at pavilion road. Exceptional friendly and helpful team - Sarah & Mizan (reservation), Polina, Genova, Helen, Alessandro, Rosa (Restaurant Hans) and James (Concierge). I will be back next month.

The moment we walked in, we found everything perfect, the staff, Anthony and Sam have been so kind and attentive. Our room is beautiful, views over the gardens and super clean. This will be our go to from now on, just stunning in every way. The communal areas, down to the restaurant and secret roof terrace are exquisite.
