Tucked away on a tree-lined court between Harrods and Sloane Square, Eleven Cadogan Gardens was the first of London's private luxury town house hotels. This refined boutique property, which occupies four stately Victorian houses, maintains a very English and understated style in traditional wood-paneled guestrooms hung with oil paintings and furnished with antiques. Here you'll cross into a unique atmosphere, where a butler discreetly meets you at the door, and instead of registering, you're invited to sign a leather-bound visitors' book.

We loved our stay at 11 Cadogan Gardens! Location is amazing near Pavilion Road and Sloane Square. Staff was very helpful and accommodating to the needs of our family during our stay with special mention going to Ayman who had a smile for us every day and was always at the ready to help us.

We attended the afternoon tea which was very lovely. The service was absolutely amazing, especially Saiful, which made us feel very welcome. The food was great at well. Big selection of sandwiches and pastries. The ambience was very pleasant and comforting.

Thank you for Saiful for a wonderful experience for afternoon tea. The food and drinks were exceptional. The team were able to cater to my pregnant friend who was joining me and she was able to have a non alcoholic champagne. They were also kind enough to bring a birthday surprise to me. All in all a wonderful experience

We attended as a group of 5 for something fun in January. We are so glad we did! Afternoon tea was a delight. Our waiter - Saiful - was exceptionally attentive and took the time to make our visit fun and festive. January is always a bit of dreary month so these few hours of sparkle were very much appreciated!

We booked in for afternoon tea at 11 Cadogan Gardens and it was a very disappointing experience. Despite being as expensive as top London hotels whose teas are infinitely better, this tea was a disaster. Although the staff were very friendly and the location fabulous; plus the room was cosy with intimate sitting room feel and a roaring fire. We were not rushed or hurried in any way and the staff were very gracious when we refused to tip owing to the service and quality of the food. We requested one vegan and one gluten-free tea. The vegan only came with gluten free bread (not what I wanted). The gluten-free only came with vegan fillings (not what she wanted). The fillings for our tea were cucumber and tomato. Very unimaginative. The scones (both regular and gluten-free) were hard and unpleasant. The cakes were fine but the least favourite part of a tea for us anyway. The champagne and tea were nice but the price was dear considering the quality.
