Soothing hotel with uplifting theme and gentle staff
Staff seem to know what they are doing, organised and unobtrusive. The beds are comfy, bathroom extras just right, all very clean and in good order. Beautiful decor themes from the Natural History museum nearby. Again, subtle but pleasing. The library is a really pleasing element though some armchairs there would be welcome. The wardrobe is oddly small and if you try to hang a coat it gets in the way of the coffee and tea making tray below. Maybe there could be a coat or clothes rack. It’s a pleasure to stay there though for an overnight trip.

A lovely boutique hotel in great location in central London
We just love staying at the Ampersand Hotel and this time our room was even better, very spacious with a large and extremely comfortable bed. Staff are friendly and helpful, and we always receive a very warm welcome on our return visits. A very classy, boutique hotel in a very convenient location near to South Kensington tube station.

Superb Hotel
The Ampersand Hotel was amazing in all aspects; very clean, friendly staff, safe and its location is just very prime being a walking distance away from many attractions, cafes and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again on my next trip to London.

Fabulous South Kensington Hotel!
Second time at the lovely Ampersand. The location is perfect and the hotel is lovely. And the staff is fabulous!
