Good location for museums. Perfect afternoon tea for kids. Small rooms, not the best breakfast. Poor service and definitely not 5* hotel.

I stayed at the Ampersand for a work trip, and absolutely loved my time there. I think the location and the staff make it what it is. As an Amercian, South Kensington was an adorable area to walk around in and I felt very safe. The staff always went above and beyond in conversing me whenever they could. I highly suggest the Ampersand for any travel needs.

Brilliant bolthole near South Ken tube within walking distance of Knightsbridge and the Kings Road. We wee unguarded to the deluxe studio with a bath in the room which was gorgeous. Lovely amenities and all the staff were friendly and efficient .
