From art installations to a poet in residence, the Andaz London Liverpool Street captures London's exuberantly creative spirit. This classic Victorian hotel turned hip urban retreat is "a style coup for designer Sir Terence Conran," raves Fodor's in August 2005. Bedrooms are chic and sleek at this Luxury Resorts affiliate, while dining is some of the best in the city at Aurora, shimmering beneath a stained glass dome, and the Fishmarket with its seductive Champagne bar.

Solid Hyatt property - great rooms, modern, clean. Breakfast service mediocre at best, chaotic and poor at worst but otherwise great spot to park for a few days. Exceedingly convenient to underground and British rail, great restaurants and Spitalfields market 5-10 min walk; 20 min walk to sights like the Tower and the Thames Path

Amazing hotel and experience and would recommend for any special occasion. Gives that little extra to the occasion. Staff super helpful and location is perfect, rooms beautiful and so comfortable. A hotel you won't forget. Nothing is to much trouble, prosecco in the room and some chocolates were a nice touch

Poor and dated hotel. This was my favourite hotel previously and on this occasion I have to say that I wouldnt return. Bathrooms are dirty and need a good revamp and clean. Mouldy plugholes and need some good investment as most equipment is either chipped or dirty. Certainly not worth 5 star. This was for my wifes 40th birthday as well as a Christmas getaway for some shopping and stayed over 3 nights. We upgraded our room to a deluxe (one above king) as we thought the Queen room looked old and small. We then got booked onto floor 6 and the lady forgot that it wasnt accessible for us with a pram. We just bit our tongue and couldn't be bothered with fuss so we just carried pram up the stairs every time we left room. Disappointed as this used to be my favourite hotel as location is great.

We had an incredible tour of the venue from Ryan Mullins! He knew so much about the history of the building from the temple to the dome during WW2. I would not hesitate to have an event there. Perfect location, iconic building and great service.

Ideal location. Safe. Professional staff. Prompt response to requests prior to check-in via email. Email to customer service should be shared on the website instead of finding it after speaking to customer service rep - guestservices.londonliv@andaz.com.
