I had the best (home/hotel) experience, the rooms are cozy and comfortable, quite and full of power outlets. You get a 5-star service, that's individualised to your preference just like you're home.. we had an issue with the cold weather, and they provided a heater just for us.

Great short stay. Hotel was super and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Daniel on the door was extremely helpful and a great ambassador for the hotel. Rooms were very spacious and well equipped and the restaurant/breakfast was excellent. Definitely one to return to

Very pleasant staff, excellent location, clean and comfortable room. Highly recommend to anyone visiting London as a central location at a great value. Easy check in, good amenities, quiet and convenient - walkable to most anywhere you’d wish to go.

This was the first time in London for both my wife and I as part of our honeymoon and they couldn’t have made it a more pleasurable experience. I have literally never had a hotel staff that kind, accommodating and all round fun to interact with. The doorman made us feel like royalty every time we arrived or left the premises, and the concierge was always quick to provide outstanding recommendations for places to go and things to do in line with our interests for the day. And Matt…there are not enough kind words in the English language to describe that man. He made sure that we were always taken care of, even if we were just walking by the lobby, and he kept us laughing along the way as well. The evening bar staff was also exceptionally kind and made it feel like you were having a drink with a friend and not just a transaction. Aside from the wonderful people that the hotel employs, the amenities were also top notch. Outstanding food, beautiful rooms, rapid responsiveness and more. I can’t promote this hotel enough and can say with absolute certainty that we will be back!

I have stayed at the Athenaeum hotel end of October , I really liked the hotel and the room was very nice and spacious, this time I have tried the townhouse room. It’s located at the next building of the hotel and you have different entrance (with the other apartments & townhouses rooms) also I have got an access for The view lounge on the 10th floor at the hotel. Hotel location is amazing in the middle of the tourist spots. I would like to thank the staff especially Rahman, he was very helpful and took care of my stay, unfortunately the hotel electricity was down for more than two hours and they couldn’t get a temporary solution for that, but luckily it was on my check out day (idk if it’s fixed after or not). They whole stay was very good except the down of the electricity at the whole hotel. I might get back to it again.
