The Athenaeum Hotel & Residences

I come yearly to london to spend quality time with friends and family, last year i had visited this hotel, and this year what makes me cone back is the hospitality and the good manners of Mr.Danial, he makes you feel everything is smooth and easy by his answers to our inquiries. Some of the front dest staff need training courses in emotional intelligence, Me.micheal was professional in his attitude and never forget to draw a smile👍, also applied to Mr.aytac. If i will come back it’s definitely for Mr.danial who is considered the cornerstone for this hotel since he is the first one you meet, he has a good impact in how to draws attention to the good reputation of the hotel, he is smart and a natural initiator and leader with honest and dignity, wish him all the luck, he deserves to be promoted for his prestigious manners 👍👏🏻

It was very nice hotel. The service was excellent and all the workers were extremely kind and helpful. Daniel made the stay and experience super memorable. The room was constantly cleaned and the staff always made sure we were accommodated.

Just returned from a two night stay over valentines. This is a top class hotel with great staff all around, so attentive and thoughtful. One doorman in particular was especially helpful and on a quiet night at the restaurant we had a lovely chat with the chef who gave great insight into the thought behind the dishes he prepares. Can’t wait to try his tips on the charred cabbage!!

We went to the Athenaeum for a special lunch and we thoroughly enjoyed the food which was well presented and delicious. The chef must be commended. The restaurant staff were equally helpful and attentive with great service and customer care. Their knowledge of the menus helped us decide which options to choose. We can only say thank you to Azzurra, Urmila and Debra. We will most certainly be returning to The Athenaeum again very soon.

Excellent service from the car valet service to the room upgrade (super comfy beds) with a Birthday 'in room' treat! Thank you for a wonderful stay. We had Dinner bed & breakfast (freshly cooked) and it was excellent. All the staff were very attentive and friendly.
