The Beaumont Mayfair

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights recently and were notably impressed. PROS - Superb location for us - a stone throw away from Selfridges and within walking distance of Liberty and Marylebone High Street. - From the moment we entered the building to our exit on departure, we received excellent service. Staff are professional, discreet and charming; they also provide on point service. - The decor and furniture throughout the hotel is classy and polished. - Classic bar and restaurant, well laid-out and complimented by efficient and professional service befitting of a 5 star hotel. - Efficient and friendly door staff who always had time to talk to guests, irrespective of their attire. - Superb marble bathroom. - Lots of attention to detail in the room. - We didn't see a cleaner throughout our stay and there were no room service remains outside doors. CONS - Our room was on the small side. We had booked a Superior, but the room we were given could well have been a Classic. In-room dining would certainly have been a challenge unless a purposeful table would have been brought into the room. - We would have appreciated a small swimming pool in the spa area. A superb stay and we would stay again in a flash when visiting London. A truly 5 star hotel.

My friend and I visited for afternoon tea . Such a wonderful experience, the hotel is beautiful and the food and service were outstanding. It’s hard to find a hotel that is faultless but the Beaumont is impossible to fault . It captures perfectly everything a hotel strives to offer but doesn’t usually achieve to this level . So many lovely touches including the delicious food ,the perfectly attentive but not intrusive service and the wonderful touch on departure of a complimentary drive to a nearby art gallery.

A quiet hotel in Mayfair. With a very well done pseudo art deco style. My 2nd stay at this hotel. Quick check in. Room (studio) did not quite match the description as there was no sofa. The quality of the food is quite high by London standards and for me, in addition to the quiet location, a main reason for choosing the hotel in the future. Breakfast a la carte is good. The buffet was rather sparse. Service was bumpy. Otherwise the staff is well trained and pleasant to deal with.

Gorgeous art deco hotel with efficient staff. Well worth a visit. We stayed in a “Grand Room” which was more like an apartment. Free choccies, fruit & water in room. Hotel situated in central Mayfair and a stones throw from Selfridges & the Asian Ivy restaurant. Be careful they don’t charge you twice for inclusive breakfast.

Myself and my partner had planned our birthday weekend in London and decided to stay at The Beaumont Mayfair . I had emailed the Hotel to let them know as would it possible for an earlier check in . On arrival around 11.15 , I was welcomed not only by the caring and wonderful staff but also Ned the guest relations manager . He was very polite and the Welcome we received was outstanding . We were straight given an upgrade to The Churchill Suite , which I must stay I was speechless and very emotional . The room had complimentary Champagne and birthday cake . It was outstanding with the most amazing rooms, bathroom and the bed and bedding including pillows were the most comfortable Iv ever had . We had a dinner reservation and they even put on their courtesy car to take us . We will definitely be staying at The Beaumont the next time we’re in London . THANK YOU VERY MUCH
