January Stay in London
This hotel was a fantastic experience from the start, the room was immaculate & had been recently refurbished, the bar & the restaurant were lovely areas to sit in. The location was perfect with access to all of the shops, bond street was just a 30 second walk

Great service
The service is great! Helpful, attentive and friendly especially Gabor the porter. The room is nice and bathroom spacious. The location is also great, at the center of shopping area and a lot of good restaurants near by. Will come again next time

Fantastic Browns
3rd visit to Browns and it was the same high standard of accommodation and service. From the moment you arrive you are made extremely welcome and treated with great attention. Suite was excellent, spacious with wonderful furnishings and decor. Charlie’s is a great place for breakfast and dinner and the drawing room is a nice place to relax for afternoon tea

4-Night Stay for Family of 6 in January.
I had been at the Brown's pre-Covid for business and then thought it a very good but not great hotel. We now returned as a family for a few days in January and after Brown's has been refurbished and we can only say that we hated having to leave. The rooms are much nicer now with a great view and the staff are simply superb in every respect. We received any and all support that we could have expected and more, and everyone was very patient and kind with our children (ages 8 thru 15) who now struggle with having to lead normal lives again back home. Food and drinks were also top-notch and the hotel even made us a family-friendly offer for our stay. It did rain a bit during our stay but we will give Brown's a pass on that. Concierge service was also perfect or better for our needs (tours of museums, family-friendly restaurant recommendations etc.). The children also loved the special welcome they received. I'd strongly recommend the hotel for anyone that likes everything to be just so but doesn't need/want glitzy hotels. This was understatement at its best. Oh, and location was also perfect for our purposes, which was just to generally enjoy London.

Really spacious room with an amazing bathroom, wardrobe, all the needed utilities around The bed is just a dream😍 Seperate thanks to reception team especially Mohammad for helping with any questions and favours Everyone in hotel team is very kind The only issue was little wait for the lift as we had only one
