Yet again - absolute pleasure
Third time visiting the hotel, just like the other times Both the staff and the accommodations were above and beyond. The Spa is amazing, and the gym in the hotel is far beyond what you’d typically expect in any hotel. The location is amazing, and while our room oversaw all the action in Piccadilly Circus, the triple glass windows enabled us to enjoy peace and quiet when we wish to. The staff proactively tried to accommodate any random request we had (e.g can we get Coke Zero instead of Diet Coke in the room) Would absolutely return here, and highly recommend this gem.

Good service
Hotel was good and The location is near the center.English Breakfast was avarage. Mr. Torres was very interested and polite and helped us with everything. Thank you for his service. The rooms were spacious and clean.It was very great experience for us.

The epitome of a 5 star
Had an amazing stay at Cafe Royal! Finding a 5 star hotel in the heart of London, and accommodating to kids, was the selling point for us. We loved the mini bathrobes and slippers for the kids, the little gifts that were left on the kids beds to welcome them. Such attention to detail to welcome a family goes a long way. The location of the hotel was perfect and the service was beyond expectations. I want to single out Ricardo and Nicoleta, who were truly amazing and awesome! Definitely a must stay hotel in London, and will definitely be back! SKBB.

Anniversary and Birthday
For our 30th wedding anniversary we wanted to mark the special occasion with a short break to London. We booked the hotel as a treat, and what a treat and occasion it became. Full disclosure, it was also my birthday.. same day! Once the hotel were aware of our double celebration they could not have done more to mark the occasion, and ultimately make it so very special. From the reception team to the young lady who made our room up everyone made us feel so incredibly special. Would we visit again, in a heartbeat.

One of the best hotels in London
We stayed for four nights. The customer service from all team members was remarkable. The hotel gym has a lot of equipment and the pool was great. The breakfast has a lot of selection and the breakfast / restaurant team members are extremely professional and personable. We will definitely stay here again. Truly a five star hotel experience.
