Boutique Luxury Experience, Best Location, Excellent Service
Overall, very happy with the hotel. The crew was very professional and made me feel welcomed. Rooms were well equipped and clean. Location was the best, steps away from Harrods as well close enough to Hyde Park for a calm day trip

Good breakfast but lots of buts
Good breakfast but poor sleep quality due to very noisy aircond units or something similar at the back of the property. This made it impractical to leave the window open at night. But even closed, it kept me awake for hours. Bad free internet. Not only slow - fair enough - but not always available. At these high rates for the room, surprised that they don't include good WiFi. Toilet was hard to flush and kept running. Speaking of toilets, you have to sit at an angle to prevent burning your left knee on the very hot towel rack. Room setup not suited for work. Just a small table rather than a desk. To end on a positive note, the lady at checkout seemed genuinely interested in my feedback.

Fabulous hotel inna n excellent location with very comfortable accommodation and attentive staff. Recommend you try booking here first when next in town, always our favourite. Dino and Valericq top staff and extremely helpful in all matters

Cozy & clean in a great location!
This stay, my first, at The Capital Hotel, was wonderful. The folks who work there are so very friendly & helpful. The room was very cozy, clean, & comfy. I’ll be back!
