This is a wonderful hotel no doubt but there are also a couple of improvement areas. I’ll start with the positives: grand entrance and nice atmosphere in the courtyard and lobby, the rooms feel new and luxurious and are large compared to many other London hotels, the staff are very helpful and nice. A few improvement areas: we found the breakfast a little chaotic. We first went to the restaurant by the lobby which is nicest and that had a wait list. Then we went to the large brasserie across the courtyard and also that was full so we waited for a table and then they forgot us. It should not take 30 minutes for a family of 4 to get a table for breakfast at a hotel this class. While the lobby has great atmosphere the hotel seemed to lack a place to sit and relax and have a drink after a day about town. We wanted just to sit in front of a fireplace and have a night cap but that didn’t exist. Our children could not get into the bar and we were told the best thing would be to go to the room and order a drink and bring it down to the lobby. We ended up going to bed. The gym is good, but there is no pool, jacuzzi or sauna to go to for a family. The hotel would seem to be big enough to at least have a jacuzzi area which the children love after a busy day exploring London. All in all, as I said wonderful hotel, but probably more business than family friendly for me. In this price class, I prefer the Langham, Four Seasons or Mandarin in London for that (all have a pool or large whirlpool).

The Rosewood is more an experience than a stay at a hotel. It is just a magnificent landmark in London. If you are fortunate enough to go during the holiday season it is simply breathtaking on arrival. London during Christmas season is truly magical. Rosewood is where you want to be. And remember, at least one visit to Scarfes bar is a must. Enjoy.

Our stay at the Rosewood was most enjoyable, from the moment we arrived we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality. Patrick in particular, went above and beyond to make our experience personal and memorable. The entire staff at the Rosewood hotel provided a 5 star service throughout our stay. Their kindness and professionalism were evident in every interaction. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with elegant decor and top notch amenities. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional and personal experience. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful we cannot wait to come back.

The staff as always at the Rosewood group are amazing and we are planning to visit many Rosewoods after our two experiences of them. The room is lovely and the bedding is sublime. We will deff return each time we come to London as perfect location.
