Charlotte Street Hotel

The Charlotte Street Hotel was magnificent! I loved it from the moment we checked in. The staff was kind and helpful upon arrival and allowed for an early check-in after an overnight flight. The room was decorated flawlessly! I loved every bit of it! The location was perfect-situated on a quiet street off of many busier streets. The cafe in the hotel was delicious as well and they even had a dedicated gluten free fryer so that I was able to enjoy French fries. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone traveling to London!

Great hotel in a great location. My room was quite confortable. The restaurant on the first floor is very good and can get very busy. I loved how it was walking distance to so much--especially West End shows. There are also a multitude of amazing restaurants in the area.

Ego ahead of service,. Maybe too many males. Complaint about the quality of the wine shrugged off. Obviously suffers from popularity overload. But come on, it is possible to be attentive as well as cool. Most of the bar staff were very attentive.

It was a wonderful stay, the location was great, the staff were friendly and the food was fresh, the only downside was that the room seemed a little dated and could use a refresh, other than that our visit was fantastic, I would definitely stay again on my next visit to london.

Went for Christmas lunch at £150 per head and was expecting alot better. Starter (soup) very nice. Main (beef) had to be sent back as it was cold. Beef tasteless. Sweet (xmas pud) served on cold plates. Had much better for alot less. Basic school boy errors.
