An old fashioned hotel with modern conveniences and a GREAT staff
This is the fourth year that I have traveled with two other friends to London in January. Each year we try a different hotel in a different location. The Chesterfield is by far our favorite and we are guessing that we will always return to the Chesterfield. We particularly enjoyed Francisco who served as great drinks in the bar and the front staff who steered us magnificently towards concerts, shows, and restaurants.

Unbeatable Staff and Location.
This is quiet lovely boutique hotel with superior staff in excellent location. The concierge Jake is terrific! He makes reservations and connections effortlessly. Jake always has wonderful suggestions. The other concierge is great as well. The staff and the manager, Nicole, at the Chesterfield remember the details. They always help us maximize our stay in London.

The best afternoon tea in London!
What an amazing visit! I cannot express how gorgeous the atmosphere is. The staff are wonderful, and huge thanks to Jade who made the visit incredibly special today. The food is absolutely delicious and fantastically presented. Cannot fault at all!

Wonderful Wonka-Inspired Tea
We went to the Sweetshop Afternoon Tea at the Chesterfield Mayfair. It was an absolute delight, my girls are aged 5 and 8 and they had a ball. The tea is delicious but unlike a traditional tea it has a sort of Willy Wonka like creativity to adds a really fun dimension. You get to take home a bag of sweets too, which was delightful. The staff were absolute gems and made us feel welcome, relaxed and reallly spoiled. I know my girls would absolutely love to go again, they haven't stopped talking about what a fabulous time they had. If you are in London with children and you want to do afternoon tea with a twist, I really cannot recommend it highly enough.

55th anniversary
We held our 55th wedding anniversary for 40 guests at The Chesterfield in Mayfair last weekend. We cannot speak highly enough of the service, chef and barman who paid special attention to our every need. The menu was fabulous, with 40 chocolate soufflé being served were a triumph. We will be back!

We just returned from London and a three-night stay at the Chesterfield Mayfair. The hotel is lovely and perfectly located for touring the city. In our room we enjoyed quality amenities—linens, décor and lighting are all exceptional. The staff are friendly, gracious, and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel. Our expectations were exceeded.
