A True 5 Star Stay!

The Chesterfield Mayfair is a true 5-Star place to stay! Upon arrival you are immediately greeted with a helping hand with all your (very heavy) luggage. Check in was fast and smooth, and the young lady was friendly, courteous and very helpful. Our room was perfect. The King sized bed was very comfortable and welcoming after long days of walking. The Butler Restaurant is a great place for breakfast with excellent food, and kind, courteous service. Everyone working in the front lobby areal were very kind and a great source of information. From walking directions, pub recommendations and everything in between, they all could not have been any kinder. The Terrace Bar is a perfect place to unwind after an exhaustive day in London. The bartenders make perfect drinks, the service is friendly and the piano music sets for a nice relaxing atmosphere. We stayed for seven nights, and it was really hard to leave. I can't remember specific names, but no matter - they were all great! The location of the hotel is also ideal. The Chesterfield lived up to our expectations and exceeded them. This will always be our go to place to stay in London!

Whisky tasting in the hotel bar - well worth it

It wasn’t my first time at a whisky tasting, however I still learned plenty from Alejandro, the bar manager who sits down with you for an hour and expertly shares information and teachings you about the ‘world of whisky’. Really enjoyed it - great bar atmosphere in a nice setting. Would recommend to anyone.

Perfect spot for a formal gather

We hosted a dinner for 100 people at the venue and it was brilliant. We used one room for the welcome drinks and speeches, before heading down stairs to the restaurant to enjoy a three course meal - which was delicious. We then moved back upstairs to enjoy live music from the band. Roberta and the team made the organisation super easy. A really nice touch was that they sorted all the printing for the name cards, table plan, etc.

The food in the Butlers Restaurant was excellent and of a very high standard. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant was able to accommodate our party of 12 with ease. We had a lovely evening, would highly recommend, we were extremely impressed!

Whiskey Tasting Experience!!

Alejandro lead the whiskey tasting experience here at the Chesterfield Mayfair hotel and it was absolutely brilliant, very intriguing, extremely enjoyable, opened my eyes to the world of proper whiskey tasting. Alejandro was a great host. Would absolutely recommend the experience to anyone interested and I would definitely do this again. Thank you for such a good afternoon at Chesterfield Mayfair hotel.
