The Chesterfield Mayfair was a wonderful experience. Go for their tea experience. The staff all professional and kind. They work very hard to make your experience special. I recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to experience a true British experience.

Very impressed by service, I highly recommend it and for sure will go back. Had dinner with my friend, and all staff was very friendly and paying attention to details. Food very good, at superlative, and their Christmas tree is one of the best I've seen

How to feel at home in LOndon
This Hotel is placed in the heart of London. It offers a large variety of unique rooms, a very typical bar, and an excellent restaurant. But the most impressive characteristic is the kindness, the capability, the attention and the discretion of its personnel. I have been a customer of this hotel for 5 years and anybody of the staff has always been super helpful under any circumstances. When I cross the entrance of this hotel I feel at home.

Our 5th visit to this fantastic traditional hotel in the heart of Mayfair. Outstanding hotel and great service as always. The staff are great, wonderful bar and great rooms. The breakfast is amazing and great attention to detail. Looking forward to return in Feb 2025.

Great location-
It was ok - great location, on the whole nice staff. We normally stay at the Egerton and thought this sister hotel would have a similar vibe - but it was too big and impersonal for that. Our room which was a junior suite was spacious and housekeeping did a good job everyday. Disappointed we couldn’t get a table in the bar on Saturday night - had we known you had to book we would have done, hotel is clean but old fashioned.

We just returned from London and a three-night stay at the Chesterfield Mayfair. The hotel is lovely and perfectly located for touring the city. In our room we enjoyed quality amenities—linens, décor and lighting are all exceptional. The staff are friendly, gracious, and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel. Our expectations were exceeded.
