Don’t over think it, just book a stay.
We stayed for 3 nights in a Claridge’s Balcony Room at the back end of a Europe trip. Like most people, I have stayed in 100s of good and bad hotels over the years at differing levels, but Claridge’s would be in my top 3 hotels ever. All the normal things you would expect of a hotel are there, beautiful room, good food, great location and amenities, but it’s the consistent service and professionalism of every member of staff that sets Claridge’s apart, they are just next level and genuine. Make sure you use the new pool and gym, even if its just once.

What struck me most was the genuine warmth of every staff member we encountered. This wasn't just another hotel stay - it was an experience crafted with care. The ambiance perfectly balanced sophistication with comfort, and the little touches throughout our stay (like the personalized welcome note and evening turndown service) made all the difference. The public spaces were immaculately maintained, providing perfect spots for both relaxation and social gathering

Air-conditioning problem/noise
I have stayed at Claridges many times, but this time was very disappointing with the noise of the air-conditioning in the room, after one hour of trying to get to sleep, I turned it off only to find that the AC unit is probably above the bathroom ceiling and continues to run like a refrigerator if I had been staying another night, I would’ve asked to move. I’ve not had this problem previously in October. I stayed at the grand Tacandy hotel Tenerife Cost £245 a night air-conditioning which was kept on all night no noise problem at all. When you pay for a room at Claridges obviously expensive you don’t expect to get noise issues from the air-conditioning. This hotel is the best in London. I will return the breakfast is excellent the staff are a credit to the hotel and I was very happy with the room itself .

Lately, I had such a fantastic experience with CLARIDGES! Me and my friend came for afternoon tea to celebrate my birthday here. Frankly speaking, it was one of the greatest celebrations I’ve ever had. Impeccable service, delicious food and tea, lovely live music. I have to highlight that the professionalism of David and Loretta made our celebration very special. Undoubtedly, I recommend this place for special occasions. ⭐️ 5 out of 5 ⭐️
