Wonderful exclusive hotel, treated like royalty. All staff were amazing. Beautiful decor, Christmas decorations and bars/restaurants top class. Expensive but worth it. We got upgraded and had wonderful champagne, cake and drinks for us. Special thanks to the breakfast staff who went over and above and made you feel special.

We stayed at the Corinthia for my husbands birthday on the London calling package. We were able to check in early and were upgraded to a beautiful suite. We were meeting our sons as a surprise for my husband in Kerridges bar and despite not taking reservations, when I explained to the reception staff, they reserved a table for us. That typified the staffs commitment to go the extra mile. We had a great meal at Kerridges and afternoon tea on the following day was wonderful. Thank you!

Fantastic experience all round. Great location and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The customer service is amazing - very attentive, helpful, friendly. To top it off, the Christmas decorations made the whole place feel magical. Loved it.

Enjoyed lunch here with friends, service was very prompt with good food & drink. Staff very well trained & good excellent food. Highly recommend. Lovely hotel. We all had something different to eat & everyone was equally impressed with the quality. Lovely venue for that special occasion.

We stayed at the Corinthia end of November - Beginning of December for 7 nights/8 days. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming upon our arrival. The hotel itself is beautiful and it is decked out for the holidays. My family had 5 rooms on floor 5 and each were decorated beautifully and unique in their own way. The rooms themselves we were spacious and luxuriously appointed. The beds were very comfortable (though I do wish we had an option of a heavier duvet). Highlights in the bathrooms were the heated floors and the tvs on the ends of the tubs! I have stayed at many luxury resorts but I do believe the Corinthia beat them all in one area - housekeeping. The housekeeping staff is phenomenal! The moment we asked for our room to be serviced the staff would be right there. They also were very good about honoring do not disturb on our door. This seems like a simple thing, but the little details really make a difference in a hotel stay and I appreciated the housekeepings attention to detail with their services (cleaning & turn down service). We ate breakfast in North Hall every morning with 10 people. Our waiter remembered our orders for each person after just one day. I was impressed. Again, the details matter and the Corinthia staff obviously have great training and know how to make their guests feel special. We loved the breakfast buffet and each dish we got on the menu. Breakfast is always important to our family and the Corinthia delivered. We ate at the Garden and Kerridges Bar & Grill. The menu at the Garden is limited but every dish we had was great - I really enjoyed their beet salad and my whole party raved about the Rosti and the beef dish. Even though Kerridges is on the Michelin Star guide, I thought it was our weakest meal on our trip in London. It just wasn’t a very unique experience. Some of our group of 11 was happy with their meat and some weren’t. I had the pork chop and it was not good at all. The spa at the Corinthia is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed our family pool times several times during the week. It is a a treat to have access to the spa during a city trip. Make sure to bring your swimsuit. All in all, we absolutely had a fantastic stay at the Corinthia. It’s on my top list of hotel stays and that is mainly thanks to the staff that to above and beyond for all their guests. The small details truly do matter. The pecan pie on American Thanksgiving left in our room, the turn down service, the bellman waiting to get us taxis and the breakfast staff. The concierge team. Everyone - thank you for such a wonderful stay. We plan on being back!
