What a brilliant spot. Absolutely unbelievable. We stayed twice over an eight day period in two different rooms. One, a suite overlooking the river, the other a garden suite. Both extraordinary. The river suite, spacious and well-appointed with a great view of the Thames. The garden suite new and whisper quiet, with wonderful decor. Felt like home. What brought it all together was a staff that was amiable and accommodating, right down to the person taking the room service order, always delivered flawlessly. The river suite overlooked the river and also the bridge going into Charing Cross next door. Not a sound except a train slowly pulling in now and again. And no noise at night. The most comfortable bed I’d ever stayed in over 40 years of travel. Ample closet space and a lovely heated floor in the bathroom. The decor in the garden suite, the smaller of the two, was a bit more homelike, probably because this one was brand new. Looked into a soundless inner courtyard. Great bed and wonderful bathroom. But the people brought it together. The front desk to the valet to room service was uniformly excellent, a sign of good hiring and training. On our last day we woke up late and needed breakfast in 20 minutes (a relatively simple one) and it arrived in 15 minutes. Wow. Ask for that anywhere let alone central London and good luck to you. The setting is great. The building is well maintained and spotless and so early 20th century chic. I’m so delighted to have stayed. A rare statement these days.

Very welcoming staff, always trying to go above and beyond. Rooms are very clean an have beautiful furniture. The hotel is very central but we always tool taxi as central London is not the safest place to be. What makes the hotel better than others is the staff ,their professionalism and kindness.

My favorite hotel in London. Its has everything i look for, when i am traveling: A great team of people. Quiet, big and clean rooms. High water pressure in the showers. And a good quality of food in the restaurants. I feel like home. Please stay like that. Will be back in March.

This hotel is one of the best you can go to . The staff are very helpful and you can see they have had a fantastic training. The front desk helped us organised our stay in London . They made sure they understood our needs and then worked out the best options for us . The hotel is super clean and very well maintained . It is in central London , not far front the Thames .

The Corinthia is the best hotel in London - hands down! Despite travelling here for business, it feels like home when you arrive. Every last detail is perfection, from the check in to check out. Thank you again for a wonderful stay, I hope to be back soon!
