From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming team of staff. They were kind, attentive, and always ensured our comfort. Our spa visit was an absolute highlight—one of the best I've experienced in London. The facilities were beautiful, clean, and offered a truly relaxing atmosphere. The staff member who collected us from the spa was incredibly friendly and even took the time to show us to our room, making the experience feel even more personal. Afternoon tea was a treat. There were plenty of delicious vegan options, and everything was fresh and flavorful. My partner particularly raved about the vegan cakes, calling them some of the best he's ever tasted. The staff made sure we were well taken care of, offering extra sandwiches when needed. Our room was spacious, immaculate, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. An added bonus was the beautiful views of Tower Bridge! Breakfast was another enjoyable experience. While the buffet didn’t offer many vegan options, the à la carte menu provided a range of choices. Our waiter Adrien went above and beyond, ensuring we knew all our vegan options and offering us additional vegan pastries, which was a lovely bonus. We capped off our stay with another relaxing visit to the spa, which was the perfect way to unwind.

Room - Our Executive Room was beautiful and very well thought out. The large, beautiful bathroom had stunning mosaics and two sinks, heated floors and a bathtub. The room was extremely quiet and had an exceptionally comfortable bed. Dining - Breakfast was served as a buffet with al a carte choices. The large lobby space is grand, but it is not the most intimate of experiences. The staff was attentive and pleasant. Service- Typical Four Seasons polished professional and warm at the same time. It was lovely to meet the General Manager when we checked in. Location - While near the London Tower, the hotel is a bit distant from most other London attractions. It is very close to an underground tube station and a DLR station, however and Borough Market is walkable as is St. Paul’s. Overall - This is our 31st FS property and this one reminded us why we continue to return to the Four Seasons Brand. Beautiful and well appointed rooms, excellent service and true understanding of what a luxury hotel should be.

What an incredible weekend getaway in the heart of London! This stunning and iconic hotel is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some peace in the city. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home, thanks to the wonderful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Every person we interacted with—from the friendly reception team to the delightful Rotunda bar staff during breakfast and dinner, as well as the concierge and housekeeping—was consistently kind and attentive. The door staff greeted us with warm smiles, making us feel truly welcomed. The hotel itself was immaculate, with every corner sparkling and in tip-top shape—no criticism here! We had the pleasure of staying in an Executive Room for two nights, and let me tell you, it was the ideal space to relax and recharge. The room offered the perfect balance of comfort and style. During our visit, we also took advantage of the fabulous gym and spa facilities, both of which exceeded our expectations. The gym was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with a great variety of workout gear—definitely a highlight of our stay! One evening, we opted for room service after a late arrival, choosing a simple burger and pasta bolognese. Both dishes were incredibly delicious and hit the spot! Breakfast was equally impressive, with a fantastic selection on the menu and a buffet that left us wanting nothing. The location couldn't have been better—just a short stroll from the Tower of London, which was a must-see during our trip. Plus, we loved learning about the hotel's own fascinating history, enriching our experience without the need to travel far. In summary, this hotel is an exceptional choice for both business and leisure. We can't wait to return for another relaxing weekend escape! A huge thank you to everyone for making our stay so special! Jessica & Connor

Met a friend at the very impressive Four Seasons at Tower Bridge on a Saturday afternoon afternoon just before Christmas. The main Atrium/Rotunda is amazing and the service was great with all the staff being so polite and helpful. But the highlight of the afternoon was definitely the young lady pianist/singer. She played with such passion, and with her own take on some favourite tunes. She hit all the notes, was a lovely person to speak with, and even took on some requests. A real joy to be at this super venue with my good buddy, and having the piano played so well as a backdrop.

A beautiful hotel with great service. My partner booked us dinner in the Rotunda lounge and the food was great, Cocktails were even better. The live music duo added to the whole experience and even took my song request which made our evening.
