It was now our second and definitely not our last stay here! The last 5 years we have stayed at several luxury hotels in London (Rosewood, etc) but since we went to the FS Tower Bridge in November 2023 it’s our favorite place! The location is perfect with a 3 minute walkt to Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, from there another 7 minute walk along the Themse to Borough market. What we most like is the great staff here! We were happy to see many familiar faces when checking here again! This is the difference of Four Seasons to many other luxury hotels, not only in London! We were lucky to make again check inn with Marco (Raimondi) same than in November 2023. He recognized us from last year because we had a good chat about other FS properties and because of him we booked FS Mahe and Desroches at Seychelles last year which has been our dream vacation so far, all to a kind talk during check in with Marco! We are so happy so see him again and thank him for those great advises he gave us one year ago! Going on with the great staff, thanks to Trey who made the most delicious Mai Tai with his father’s recipe from Hawaii and Christopher from Rotunda bar, great cocktails from both of you! Also a special thanks to Ayushia (?) from Rotunda bar, you organized an amazing 20s party with your team for New Year’s Eve! From the champagne elevator, over the food, the live music,DJ and view from the penthouse everything was perfectly planned! We loved the party with you! A part from the location and the people, why to book this FS in London ? The rooms are amazing! The SPA is one of Mathe best of the luxury hotels I know in London (together with the Connaught hotel). They have two pools, sauna and steam room, implement new and luxury, perfect after a long sightseeing day in London. For us this FS in London is the best place to stay, we hope to come back soon! Thanks to all of you who made this stay so special, Marco, Trey and Ayushia!!! Hope to see you next time again!

Review for Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square We had the pleasure of returning to the Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. After our incredible experience last year, we knew we had to come back, and celebrating New Year’s Eve here was nothing short of magical. The Gatsby-themed party was absolutely sensational—Four Seasons truly knows how to throw a party! From the stunning decor to the impeccable entertainment, it was an unforgettable way to welcome the new year. The rooms are a haven of luxury, offering ultimate comfort and elegance, while the spa is simply exquisite—a perfect retreat to unwind and rejuvenate. Special shoutout to Trey at the bar and Ashuya at the Rotunda Bar for their impeccable service. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality were exceptional and made our evenings at the hotel even more enjoyable. A heartfelt thank you to Marco at the reception—being welcomed by Marco always makes a world of difference. His thoughtfulness and personal attention to our stay truly make us feel at home while away from home. Marco is a gem and one of the many reasons we’ll continue coming back to this fantastic hotel. If you’re wondering whether to book a room, the answer is a resounding yes! The Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square remains our number one Four Seasons destination. Thank you to the entire team for another outstanding stay—we can’t wait to return!

Another amazing weekend spent here, a great hotel that smells amazing when you walk in, the staff remember you and greet you like old friends, I was with my daughter and her boyfriend so we stayed in a 3 bedroom residence and as always the residences are huge and absolutely immaculate. We all enjoyed food and drinks in the Rotunda and the best nights sleep, absolutely nothing we can fault.

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary for a staycation, even though we live in London. Everything about this hotel is perfect. The service is exceptional, even little touches like the scent of the hotel is beautiful. We stayed in a king premier room which had all the amenities we have come to appreciate in a Four Seasons property. Even down to the shower having a heated floor! Our only negative comment is that the room was very small, compared to all other FS properties we have visited - and we didn’t even book the base level room. We had cocktails in the Rotunda bar and it was perfect! We also ordered room service for lunch and dinner and again all the food was excellent. The sweet and sour chicken was the best I have ever had. We had the breakfast buffet included in our date. It was tasty but we wouldn’t have paid the full price for it. The pool and spa facilities are stunning. We would love to come back and stay again! We would make sure we booked a larger room next time though, and I would prefer to book in summer so we can visit the bar that overlooks Tower Bridge.

I can't wait to travel back to London and stay at the Four Seasons, Ten Trinity Square! From the moment our taxi dropped us off, after a trans-Atlantic red eye, we were wowed by the beauty of the building, the location (right next to Tower Bridge), and, most importantly, the service. We arrived mid-morning and our room was not yet ready. We waited and enjoyed breakfast in the festively decorated Rotunda. Within 30 minutes, I got the call saying that not only was our room ready but we were given an upgrade to a suite--the Lloyd George Suite. This was the biggest and nicest hotel room in which I've ever had the pleasure of staying. With 1.5 bathrooms (heated floors included), a dining room, living room, walk-in closets and a stunning primary bathroom with rain shower, the room was the stuff of my dreams. The bed was plush and the decor was modern and luxurious. All of this is to say that our stay at the Four Seasons was too short and we are already preparing for another trip next year.
