I just returned home from Four Seasons London at London Tower, a gorgeous hotel where you are treated as a distinguished guest all the time. I stayed in its amazing suite 009 from October 11 to October 22 for 11 nights, and I do believe the stay will be neatly remembered by me in my frequent travel experiences. First of all, despite that I have been back home, the stay having ended, I am still so grateful that hotel arranged me such an unbelievably beautiful suite that even right now I am still feeling like receiving a super big honor and privilege , though I indeed have no idea who in hotel made the decision to offer me the nice experience! Once again, this can be said as a warm hospitality that I have never been experiencing before. Therefore, allow me to express my appreciation to all of you at each position I met during the stay. Asmae,Lena, the two staff contacted me actively via mail for hoping to make arrangements I needed prior to my arrival, so that I will have a smooth arrival and easy check process. I really thank them for making so fabulous suite arrangements prior to my arrival. Then, upon arriving on Oct11, Trimy at front desk sorted out the check in process very fast and efficiently. Then, manager Marine approached me, courteously asking me whether I still needed something more or any amenity in room. Even during the 12 days, whenever we met each other, she just constantly asked me: Dr. Lin, are you happy about the suite? Do you still need anything in room? What else I can do for you to make your stay even more comfortable? Even though I answered: oh, I have been spoiled in the suite and nothing else is needed; she still said: as long as you have a good time staying in the suite, it is hotel’s gladness as well! So, Marine, heartedly again, thank you very much. Breakfast buffet is great: most of the selections are what I regularly eat in the morning, and service is detailed and polite. That is something very enjoyable each morning at the breakfast restaurant. Housekeeping has been great; they noticed so many details and put some touching items in room, that I felt each morning a fresh start of a new coming day. Finally, allow me give good compliments to all the staff at the bellmen station, who are hospitable and welcoming whenever I get into and out of hotel, and all of them can even just call me Mr.Lin, which I was really surprised with. I wrote too much, but definitely, I guess, still left out some staff I got assistance from. All in all, I’ll have no other hotel choices in London; its location, its service, its hospitality, its easy access to most of tourists will visit, and finally but most importantly, its courtesy, are all unparalleled in other high-end hotels I have ever stayed before! See you shortly, I’ll soon be back to Four Seasons London at London Tower!

I just got back with my husband from a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons at Tower Bridge, and I have to say it was fantastic! The location couldn't be better—right in the heart of historic London and just a short walk to Tower Bridge. It made exploring the city so easy! The hotel itself is gorgeous. The design is modern yet cozy, and our room was super comfortable. After a long day of sightseeing, it was a lovely place to relax. We also took advantage of the spa, which was a great way to unwind. One of our favorite parts of the trip was dining at Mei Ume. The food was absolutely delicious! We also enjoyed afternoon tea there, and it was a highlight of our stay. The pastries and tea selection were amazing!

This hotel in a converted office landmark opened in 2017. Recognizing the loss of two years of patronage during Covid, it is shocking to see bathrooms (adorned in gold fixtures) to be wearing poorly. Rooms and halls were designed in light absorbing dark colors and dark wood. A depressing environment.

Being a regular at Four Seasons around the world and many other top brands and hotels this place really stands up to the best. We had one bad cocktail on our recent stay in an otherwise exceptional experience and they invited us back for free cocktails. The service here is possibly the best I have seen anywhere in the world in twenty years. Mei Ume restaurant has great service, Chris in the rotunda mixed exceptional cocktails and Marie personally righted even the slightest wrong. If you demand the best service in elegant surroundings you won't be disappointed with this place!
