This is one of my go-tos when I’m in London a the service is always excellent and the rooms fantastic. I actually got upgraded to one of the larger rooms - and yes, it is much nicer and bigger but you’d have a great stay whichever room you end up booking. The only downside is it’s not close to public transportation if you don’t plan to cab it everywhere. Green Park station is about 10-15 minutes walk and Bond Street, which is on the Elizabeth Line going directly to Heathrow, is even further away. It’s not that hard to hail a black cab at the hotel though so it’s not a big issue.

I stayed at the Four Seasons Park Lane in November, and from the moment I arrived, everything was handled with precision and care. The hospitality was exceptional—staff who understand true service, always anticipating what you need before you ask. The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and had stunning views of the city. The location in Mayfair was perfect, close to the best shopping and restaurants. After long days in London, the spa was a sanctuary of relaxation. Dining was first-class, with every detail perfected. This is what true five-star service should be—effortless, refined, and world-class. I will absolutely return.

Wow! What a lovely afternoon. Thank you so much to Peter for making our lunch special. Service is 10/10, attentive and friendly. The food was exquisite, I recommend you he sweet and sour prawns, which I will be returning for alone. The house white was truly one of the nicest wines Ive had. My friend opted for the burger and said it was amazing. The surroundings were perfect, able to hear each other speak and seats were very comfortable. Everything you need for a perfect, chilled afternoon catching up with a long friend.

Wife and I stayed here in late October 2024. Listen... Wow. This hotel is fancy and filled with fancy people. Check out the profile... we're not afraid of lux travel and this fits the bit. Clean, updated, first-rate service. Just as expected from a premium hotel in an international city. Location is absolutely perfect. Walking distance from shopping, restaurants, pubs, sites, and transportation. If you have the means, do it.

Initially I am a fan of Four Seasons hotels for a variety of reasons. (1)The service is exemplary. You always feel like an honored guest. From the moment you check in until your departure they rarely disappoint. (2) The quality of the staff. Everyone from the front desk to the concierge, housekeeping, valets all seem aligned in making you feel special. (3) Attention to detail. Whether it is ensuring that there is a note hoping you have a great time at the concert or acknowledging a birthday or anniversary. The staff realizes how important those small touches are. The Four Seasons in London is a wonderful hotel that comes through on all those things. This was the second time in London for me in many years. The concierge staff was fabulous and answered a panoply of questions we had about a variety of topics. They arranged a fantastic tour with a professor like guide of The Churchill War Rooms. “David” had an expansive array of knowledge not only about Churchill but all of European history and was kind enough to walk us back to the hotel showing us local landmarks including some interesting trinkets like where the King buys his shoes and Churchill got his cigars. Really just another example of the Four Seasons ensuring that its guests have access to the best each city has to offer. In terms of the room it was consistent with what you would expect. Large enough for two adults and a child with a couch which they turned into a bed each evening. The bathroom only had one sink and provided enough privacy for one at a time but other rooms may have other accommodations. There is a fantastic restaurant on site which has a great vibe. A gym with a moderate amount of equipment and a Spa. The location of the hotel is off the beaten path (which reduces non hotel guest traffic) but conveniently located… a 15 minute walk to Buckingham Palace and other attractions. Another great stay at the Four Seasons. Highly recommend.
