Four Seasons London at Park Lane

We visited the spa at the Four Seasons Hotel, which was brilliant. I would have given it 5 stars. However, we decided to go for lunch after our spa experience. The restaurant was closed, so we went to the bar. Unfortunately, the entire place smelled of chips, not just the bar but also the foyer. Maybe the extractor fan in the kitchen was broken. Most of the food was deep-fried, and the menu had no healthy options. It was quite a disappointing experience for a 5-star hotel.

Thank you to all the staff the the Four Seasons Park Lane. From entering the building to sitting down for breakfast, the staff were impeccably polite and efficient. The breakfast team were excellent and I would like to make a special mention to Jurijs, who was extremely efficient and jolly, which made the whole experience that much more enjoyable.

A lovely afternoon tea at the four season hotel. the quality of the cakes and sandwiches was good and I love the jasmine tea. The hotel located in park lane is beautiful and perfect to take pictures for social media. I would recommend to do this afternoon only for special occasion.

we like four season hotels and have stayed in them across the world and this was the first time in one in london the hotel and staff - excellent as you would expect however !! the outside terrace allows smoking everywhere!!! so as non smokers, we couldn't find anywhere to sit! absolutely unacceptable and unacceptable in this day and age - they need to change this and as a result wouldn't go back - shame!

I've been lucky enough to stay at some the best hotels in the world and although my family and I regularly stay in London, this was our first time at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane. We did not regret our decision to try somewhere different. From the booking process until departure, everything was superb and every member of staff that we encountered was super friendly and definitely knew how to deliver a true 5-star experience. We were very fortunate to be staying in the Garden Suite which had an amazing outside terrace overlooking Mayfair with great views. All the staff were fantastic, especially the staff in Bar Antoine and the doormen at the front of the hotel. Also, a special thanks to George who was really amazing and went out of his way to make things extra special. The location of the hotel is fabulous and it even has its own underground car park which is rare in this part of London. If you are looking for somewhere amazing to stay in London, this is the place to be.
