Initially I am a fan of Four Seasons hotels for a variety of reasons. (1)The service is exemplary. You always feel like an honored guest. From the moment you check in until your departure they rarely disappoint. (2) The quality of the staff. Everyone from the front desk to the concierge, housekeeping, valets all seem aligned in making you feel special. (3) Attention to detail. Whether it is ensuring that there is a note hoping you have a great time at the concert or acknowledging a birthday or anniversary. The staff realizes how important those small touches are. The Four Seasons in London is a wonderful hotel that comes through on all those things. This was the second time in London for me in many years. The concierge staff was fabulous and answered a panoply of questions we had about a variety of topics. They arranged a fantastic tour with a professor like guide of The Churchill War Rooms. “David” had an expansive array of knowledge not only about Churchill but all of European history and was kind enough to walk us back to the hotel showing us local landmarks including some interesting trinkets like where the King buys his shoes and Churchill got his cigars. Really just another example of the Four Seasons ensuring that its guests have access to the best each city has to offer. In terms of the room it was consistent with what you would expect. Large enough for two adults and a child with a couch which they turned into a bed each evening. The bathroom only had one sink and provided enough privacy for one at a time but other rooms may have other accommodations. There is a fantastic restaurant on site which has a great vibe. A gym with a moderate amount of equipment and a Spa. The location of the hotel is off the beaten path (which reduces non hotel guest traffic) but conveniently located… a 15 minute walk to Buckingham Palace and other attractions. Another great stay at the Four Seasons. Highly recommend.

I stayed here with my two boys over Thanksgiving for a week. We had one of the terrace rooms on the second floor. The service is simply the best at this hotel. We have stayed at many four seasons properties and the service was by far the best here. The building is a bit dated with low ceilings in the rooms etc but they’ve done a nice job making it immaculate and including thoughtful touches throughout. The location is also excellent. Our room had a fold out sofa bed which was great for sleeping a third person. The bathroom also had a tub and separate shower which we appreciate. The concierge were soooooo helpful and responsive before and during our trip. We organized many tours and dinner reservations each night through them. We’ve had some issues with other four seasons concierges being very unresponsive prior to our arrival in the past. Not the case here, perfect service start to finish. And the restaurant is amazing. My children and I had a wonderful time at breakfast each day and also had dinner at the hotel one night. So perfect. Both staff and food was awesome. And final note that you for letting us check in around 10am. We were grateful not to have to wait after a long flight.

For many consecutive years my family and I stayed at the Four Seasons and it quickly became one of our favorite places After a two year break we returned this time just for coffee This place remains unmatched with its exceptional location outstanding accommodations and amazing staff. A special thanks to Marcello who remembered us after all this time and gave us the warmest welcome His hospitality was truly exceptional! Thank you Four Seasons for having such incredible employees who know how to treat your guests. I highly recommend staying at the Four Seasons to experience what I’m talking about you won’t regret it.

NOT KID FRIENDLY! This is my second experience with the four seasons. After my stay with them in Bora Bora I avoided them for years and now I'm reminded why. We decided to give them another chance for Christmas in London. Even though all their stated online policies across all sites state that kids are welcome and free, they forces us to upgrade our booking doubling our cost because a 3 and 6 year old that would normally sleep in the same bed with us. They won't even make an "excecption" (which it shouldn't even be because we are going by their stated policies) And they are doing this on CHRISTMAS!! I'll never book FourSeasons AGAIN.....and we'll book ANY other luxury brand from now on.

I had a great stay at the Four Seasons Park Lane and am a frequent Four Seasons traveler. The staff at this hotel was particularly accommodating from the moment of arrival. Front desk Saynab was so sweet by sending chocolates to my room to welcome me and Olha at the spa was wonderful as well providing me with Lavender tea which helped me to sleep 10 hours after a long day of sight seeing. Even a departure gift from Andrea La Morella was much appreciated! The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas which added to its charm. Rooms well appointed, fitness center had my favorite Technogym equipment, great food at the restaurant and high end shopping within walking distance, however the driver of the Bentley house car will be glad to take you there. I highly recommend this hotel. They pride themselves in great service.
