Elegant Boutique Hotel with Impeccable Service

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

The Franklin is absolutely beautiful, its opulent interiors designed by Anoushka Hempel. Every nook is a study in elegance and sophistication. With just 35 rooms, it’s a boutique experience, with personal, polished, but down to earth service. My room was stylish and plush, and I particularly liked the fabric covered wardrobes and Frette bedding. Pre-made plans meant we didn’t dine in-house, but having seen the stunning restaurant headed up by Michelin starred, Italian chef, Alfredo Russo, we will definitely return. The adjacent Franklin Bar is also a temple of style and glamour, with its mirrored walls, marble tables and ambient, low lighting. The location is handy for Knightsbridge and Sloane Street, with Harrods just 10 minutes walk away.

Beautiful and Romantic

Amazing romantic hotel. Small boutique hotel, very calm and romantic. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Service top, a bit disappointing for breakfast but we recommend the place without hesitation Chelsea being very nice close to Harrods

Prestigious stay in the Franklin hotel London.

Such a good experience, unforgettable stay, I had stayed 5 nights. The staff were very friendly specifically Yousef , Neusa. But I couldn't forget the manager Ms.Justina for her support. I had very pleasant stay in all manners, the only thing they need to consider is the time that it will be taken to have your breakfast 😉 really sometimes it took around 40 minutes.

Excellent Stay, Exceptional Staff - A Hotel that Stands Out in London

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 months ago

The Franklin Hotel is a fantastic oasis amongst the many hotels in London and specifically, Knightsbridge/South Kensington. While the experience was great, the staff are truly exceptional. Andrei went out of his way to find me a room after I moved hotels. He was attentive, helpful, and provided excellent service. Kate was so helpful and could not have been more thoughtful. Oscar offered great advice and impeccable service. The entire staff made the excellent hotel even better. I have stayed in many hotels in London, and I could not have been more pleased.

Lovely property

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 months ago

We had a Lovely stay in that small property. After a last minute cancellation from Eurostar, we had to find a room on the way to the airport. As it was just for one night, we booked the smaller category and was actually quite big ! The room is very quiet overlooking the shared garden. A regular socket inside the bathroom or a full mirror in the room might be a nice improvement to do my hair during the morning. Staff was very welcoming and always here to help. The menu at the restaurant is a bit surprising but the risotto was very tasty and the burger too. Breakfast was included and quite generous for free a la carte. Had a very nice moment in that typical British street !
