Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel

A first time stay at this amazing hotel during our stay in London. Check in was first class with very helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay so comfortable with help throughout our stay , we used the Executive lounge during our stay which was first class from food , drinks, and service from all the staff. Looking forward to our return.

Herlyn is an exceptional staff, at JW Mariott Grosvenor House. She took excellent care of us, and treated us to a delightful Victorian pastry at tea. People like her add the much needed human touch to hospitality. Truly an asset to the hotel. Regards, Dipti

My wife, kids, and I just finished up a four night stay at the JWMGH. The hotel is simply lovely and convenient to everything you could need for a wonderful in London. In all transparency, our stay - at the beginning - was not without its hiccups, however the hotel recovered nicely, which is what I believe sets a true luxury hotel apart from just an average hotel. The staff’s warm hospitality and incredible housekeeping services set the JW apart from other hotels in London. I highly recommend it.

This is by far the best of the JW’s and Ritz Carlton’s of the Marriott Brand that we have stayed in. The hotel is lovely, beautiful rooms and the common areas are decorated beautifully. Where they excel is the professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness of their staff. We have received great recommendations for areas around the hotel to explore and restaurants to enjoy. If you have a question don’t hesitate to ask any of the staff, they are so pleasant. Thank you for the room upgrade and recognizing our son’s birthday. Alex, the Hotel Manager, is very visible and helpful. Roshin at the front desk should be recognized for his professionalism and kindness. We will be back. Don’t hesitate to stay and visit the hotel!
