Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel

I knew this stay was going to be special when I received an email prior to arrival from the Guest Services Team letting me know about the hotel and wanting to know if I had any special requests. Flying into London overnight, we were greeted promptly and warmly by the desk agent. She was so friendly and told us of London restaurants to try and additional venues to visit. Our room wasn't quite ready so she personally took us to the restaurant where we were offered complimentary coffee while we waited. The room was large, spacious and well appointed. The room robes, bathroom towel warmer and soft/luxurious bed were nice touches. As if all of this wasn't enough for a 5 start review, the hotel Guest Services Team and head pastry chef had left me a chocolate raspberry desert, along with a personalized card, to celebrate my birthday. We truly hated to leave as the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London staff and experience were amazing. I whole heartedly recommended this hotel for its staff, location and experience.

the Front Desk Manager on morning of 10th of Jan 2025 at around 1pm was very rowed & & disrespectful with me then after all he did not apologize for his attitude. When i asked for a hotel manager several times all staff which i complained & explained to them promised me to talk to manager hotel & he will talk to me to rectify this issue

We stayed as a family, on the positive I would say the bed was comfortable and the location is great! however I could get both of these at a courtyard Marriott. The hotel is very tired, let’s say it is very photogenic:) the photos of the park room make it look luxurious as you would expect from a JW Marriott, however it is not, the furniture is worn and the staff leave a lot to be desired, after 20mins waiting for a server we left as we had already chased down a server once. The hotel rooms and corridors are also on the same theme both tired and need to updated. When I return to London I would not choose this hotel as for the price there are better options available in this vibrant city.

Excellent .... 环境好，服务好 ! 地点位置一流，非常方便 ! 服务员非常好礼貌，让客人有宾至如归的感觉 ! 无论商务公干或个人旅游都是一个绝对好的选择 ! 我们上次来伦敦住了 Grosvenor Square 的 万豪 不过跟 Grosvenor House 差别太大了 !! A perfect hotel here. Convenient location, great property & excellent service. We stayed at the Marriott @ Grosvenor Square last year and the experience was not good. The Grosvenor House is clearly miles ahead of the other one !
