Hotel Cafe Royal

A great hotel in a great location! We have been looking to find our “home” in London and I suspect this could be it. You arrive in the beating heart of London, you are greeted with warm welcomes and a glass of champagne. We were booked into a Junior suite and it was a great space for London with a huge welcome lobby. We were celebrating a birthday and the hotel made sure they stepped up. Balloons, decorations, sweet treats and champagne waiting. The room was well appointed and comfortable, with great room controls. This room is well kept and maintained. Breakfast was attentive and tasty, this is so often where London hotels fall down, this did not. We did our usual shopping and for once it was no taxi back to the hotel but a short walk. We would recommend and return.

This was our first stay and it was a trip to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. The staff and service was absolutely amazing - they went above and beyond, upgraded us to a junior suite, celebrated us and made every single minute special. We loved it so much, we’re staying again in June for our 25th anniversary. The location is perfect, staff and service amazing and the room was absolutely beautiful. We can’t wait to visit again!

Lovely setting, attentive staff & a fabulous afternoon cream tea. The sandwiches & cakes were great. A choice of many teas & free top ups of food & tea throughout. They even gave us a little extra treat for our birthdays. Thank you & well done chefs & staff

Eating in the Cafe Royal Grill is an absolute pleasure. The decor is second to none and is a wonderful venue for business or romantic meals. The staff are superbly trained and it shows; attention to detail is their mantra. Highly recommended.

It’s not my first visit at the hotel I have to admit the hotel maintain its standards a top luxury in London .the service is outstanding .the food quality like a three star Michelin . Staff very kind and will go out of his way to satisfy you. Very clean and comfortable.
