Luxury in the heart of London
Fantastis experience visiting Hotel Café Royal in the heart of London with my wife and daughter. The location, the helpfull and polite staff, the spacious room, the ambiente in the spa and the dining experience at Alex Dilling were all superb. I can't think of any reservations about recommending this beautifull hotel.

Heavenly experience
What a heavenly experience at this iconic heritage hotel London. Never to be forgotten. The best was the warm welcome by Pearson and giving us tour of the hotel. Kudos and thank you Mr Pearson. The room was epitome of luxury and I think the best were the pillows. Would love to come back again.

Daughter 18th Birthday trip
Book the suites experience. The most incredible attention to details. Pearson and his team arranged one of the bedrooms with balloons. Special sweets, cakes and personalized hand towels. I dare not say to much as everyone who can should have this experience customized as they did for my daughters 18th birthday celebration! ( ps. Michael in Concierge snagged us the impossible reservation at Gymkana). Ask for Anis if you get the room with the Range Rover Autobiography!!!!! 100000 stars

Superb stay!
Magnificent stay, the location of the Hotel is very central and next to all attractions in London. We had best time at the hotel, the Hotel in some areas seem a museum; also a lot of Christmas vibes and every staff encountered were top notch. Definitely the best hotel experience ever had! Thank you all!

Just Wow!!
Amazing and attentive staff, at a beautiful London Hotel. Really was a very special experience we had at Hotel Cafè Royal. They staff were so friendly and professional, and the Pearson was a shining star. We couldn’t have asked to be looked after any better. Would go back in a heartbeat. And their breakfast pastry basket was phenomenal!!!
