Hotel Cafe Royal

Hotel cafe royal is located near regent street with an entrance to regent street on the Piccadilly Circus side. We were greeted by the concierge who took our bags up to our room. The receptionist was very informative about the hotel and took us up to our room. The room itself was really big and had a very nice bathroom. The only thing I would note that is different to other hotels is that the toiletries come in small bottles instead of a big refillable one but the toiletries were still nice. The breakfast was amazing! The granola and the pastry basket were delicious! The cinnamon swirls were amazing! The staff here were all really nice: the lady at the breakfast remembered our room number which was really nice. I would definitely stay here again if I ever get the chance to as the location is amazing and the whole experience was amazing!

We had a wonderful time thanks to David, Lukaz and Ariu. I was celebrating my birthday and they made me feel so special. They looked after us since we got there until we left. They explained to us every plate we were ordering in detail, telling us the background as the drinks too. They made us feel like home with a 5 Star Service. This type of amazing service just makes you want to come often. Thank you once again David, Lukaz and Ariu. You guys deserve a promotion🤗

Georges, Flavin and Lucas knew what we wanted better than we knew ourselves. Top quality service in a wonderful dining room. The drinks and food were excellent, I particularly recommend the beef capaccio and the pasta. Goes very well with a nice pinot noir....

Loved our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. Beautiful, clean, and an amazing staff, very polite, very helpful. Great location, close to underground, and somehow still very nice and quiet room (considering how noisy it is outside)
