Exceptional Stay in Central London I had an absolutely exceptional stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. A special shoutout to Ishan, who checked us in with such warmth and professionalism. The concierge staff were equally fantastic, always ready to assist with a smile and ensuring every detail of our stay was flawless. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Central London, making it convenient to explore everything the city has to offer. The house car service was an incredible perk, adding an extra layer of luxury and convenience to our stay. Special shout out to Mo from the house car service. The rooms were beautifully upgraded, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. Every aspect of our experience exceeded expectations. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and look forward to staying here again!

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Café Royal in London. The location is just perfect for exploring London as the hotel is right on Regent street and a short walk from Piccadilly Circus. The hotel is pure luxury. Our room was very spacious. We loved the modern design and the white marble bathroom. There is also a huge indoor pool, spa area and gym. The perfect place to relax after a busy day in London. A special mention goes to Gabriela from the breakfast team. By the second day she could already remember our room number and our preferences. She made us feel very welcome. And thank you Mickael Billy for organizing everything so perfectly. Last, but not least thank you Roberto from security team for taking every effort to get my Airpods back. Hotel Café Royal is one of the best hotels in London. We would love to come back.
