Hotel Cafe Royal

We had a fantastic experience here this week celebrating my wife’s birthday. The atmosphere, food and service were on another level. All the staff were outstanding especially our waiter, Gift. We are guided through the menu and thankfully all the meat was halal. The selection of teas were fantastic and honestly we both felt this was the best afternoon tea we have had- we have had many! Can’t wait to return again one day. Thanks again

I was lucky enough to receive a gift of afternoon tea at the cafe royal. What an amazing experience from the moment you walk into this beautiful room. The afternoon tea was the best i have tasted all professionally explained by our tea sommelier waiter who made us feel so welcome. He was attentive without being to obtrusive. Our family stayed at Hotel Café Royal for 8 nights. We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The rooms was clean, spacious and cozy. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the hotel every morning. I would like to thank you for the lady who played with my daughter every morning and make sure that she finished her breakfast. I especially grateful to FO Supervisor, Ricardo. He gave us a warm welcome on the arrival day. On the day of check out, I told him the story of my husband and I first met at Cafe Royal 20 years ago. He printed out some old photos which brought us some sweet memories. Thank you for going the extra mile! We truly appreciated that. Finally, I would like to say thank you Michael and other staffs at concierge. They helped us with bike delivery, restaurant bookings and transportation arrangements. They are responsive and professional. Also, thank you Chris at security for assisting me in every way. Looking forward to return to Hotel Cafe Royal soon!

Third time visiting the hotel, just like the other times Both the staff and the accommodations were above and beyond. The Spa is amazing, and the gym in the hotel is far beyond what you’d typically expect in any hotel. The location is amazing, and while our room oversaw all the action in Piccadilly Circus, the triple glass windows enabled us to enjoy peace and quiet when we wish to. The staff proactively tried to accommodate any random request we had (e.g can we get Coke Zero instead of Diet Coke in the room) Would absolutely return here, and highly recommend this gem.

Hotel was good and The location is near the center.English Breakfast was avarage. Mr. Torres was very interested and polite and helped us with everything. Thank you for his service. The rooms were spacious and clean.It was very great experience for us.
