Simply wonderful afternoon tea
Visited with friends for the festive afternoon tea. Service and food was very good, and we were accommodated for dietary requirements. This was one of the best afternoon teas we have been to, and I have been to many hotels for afternoon tea over the past 20 years. We will be back.

The hotel is in the best location, able to walk to all the amazing central London destinations. The room was incredible, the marble tub was superb. The service, room cleaning, room service was perfection from the moment we arrived and were picked up at the airport to the check in with Champagne to the Moët on ice and chocolate covered strawberries in the room. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate all of the needs from early check in to spa reservations and restaurant recommendations. The spa services were impeccable, Valmont products made my skin glow for the entire trip. Chopard toiletries are perfect.

Absolutely stunning venue for a wondrous Afternoon Tea. The amazing team were so wonderfully attentive, recommending the various teas to go with the savoury course and the sweet course, bringing along extra sandwiches and cakes. I hope the lovely lady about to fly home to Athens for a week had a super holiday and a special mention for the lovely Australian lady. This has been on my bucket list for a while ever since I tore out an article about it called “Going Wilde In The City” - reference Oscar! I was able to make it as my daughter and I were blessed to return to London to stay in a hotel near the university where she had an interview 20 years ago! She was 17 then! She decided to stay the one night as she’s now a Mum 😄 and needed to get back for Trick n Treating 🎃 and thoroughly enjoyed an Afternoon Tea at the hotel we were staying in. Huge shout out to the fabulous concierge team and especially Kiram - hope I’ve spelt that correctly? Cheers 🥂 🍾 And the two gentlemen on the door. I was chatting to David before I arrived - huge apologies for not making a note of the other superbly attired gentleman though I’m attaching a photo, so he’ll know who he is. And last, but not, least, thank you to Mohammed for returning me safely back to my hotel. That was a most pleasant surprise and fabulous to meet you. Highly recommend visiting if you’re ever in London. Exquisite experience ❤️
