Poor
This was once a great hotel. Was is the optimal word. Breakfast was shocking, would not serve tomato with an omelette and said they no longer serve pork , even though the hotel is in London. Managers attitude was awful and I will be taking my business elsewhere for £1000 per night , as there are plenty of options.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful staff.
Everything was perfect in the hotel. Great reception, concierge are kind and helpful and the room service was great. We arrived about 10 am and they were happy to provide an early check in. Special thanks to Samanta for her great hospitality and understanding.

Fantastic stay
I left this review before but my profiles was duplicated - so I have deleted that account and reposted. The hotel is well maintained, and the staff, especially the doormen and reception team, were extremely helpful and engaging. I appreciate the unexpected and very welcome room upgrade. However, I was disappointed that we couldn't check in on time, though the team did make an effort to make us comfortable during the wait till around 4:00pm. Unfortunately, when I requested a late check-out by an hour *till around 1:30pm) to visit a friend in London, the receptionist dismissed my request without even checking my room number or the possibility of a small extension by verifying when the next guest was due to arrive. These things can happen, however would not stop me from coming back and recommend. All contributes to a beautiful stay in the heart of Belgravia
