Good location near Knightsbridge
Good location for where we wanted to be. The staff were very welcoming. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was rather small and the lighting was quite dark. I forgot my own shampoos and conditioner and The hotel White Company ones were not very good and left my hair very dry. The room had a hair dryer. The Continental breakfast was basic, but good. Anything cooked was not included, which is very unusual.

Good but not great
The location is fantastic and it's meticulously clean with friendly service. However on the minus side the door keys didn’t work after three different keys were issued. It also does not serve alcohol although all the Jumeriah hotels in Dubai do ?. Breakfast was a bit slow (20 mins wait for poached eggs) but selection was good. Overall a good hotel but not up to usual Jumeriah levels of service

Amazing Place to stay! Wonderful attentive friendly team.
The Lowndes is a wonderful retreat in the centre of Knightsbridge right next to Harrods. The team are amazingly friendly and helpful, making the stay feel relaxed and effortless from the time you arrive. Breakfast and the gym and unbeatable.

A hidden gem
Very nice cozy hotel. Rooms are very clean and comfy. The service is exceptional, the whole staff is very helpful and courteous. The service speed is phenomenal. The hotel is a 3 min walk to Knightsbridge and close to all the tourist attractions.

The staff are exceptional , a shout out for Boyon
The staff were exceptional especially the hotel manager , Boyon,who bent over backwards to accommodate a special request we made. The ladies who served us breakfast and the concierge were all amazing. The room was lovely, we were situated next to the housekeeping cupboard which was noisy during the day however,at night was never an issue as it was so quiet (414) A very small observation was that there were no towel rails to dry towels on other than this our stay was faultless We will certainly return.
