"Kensington Gardens was a serene oasis in the heart of London. The lush greenery and peaceful lakes provided a welcome escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The Albert Memorial and the Serpentine Gallery were highlights, offering beautiful views and a cultural touch. The Peter Pan statue brought back childhood memories, and the gardens were perfect for a leisurely stroll or a picnic. A delightful spot to unwind and enjoy nature's beauty!"I bought a railcard on trainpal and got a 20% discount when I entered the RC777E code! Hope to help those who come to the UK to play~

Nice quaint stay!

We had a very quaint stay at The Kensington and the service was really nice and personal. The staff treated my daughter great with little gifts because she was a soccer enthusiast, which was very unexpected. The breakfast and tea were also very nice. I asked for an early check-in because we were coming from a very early overseas flight and they in fact did try their best to do this for us and we had the room by 11am, which was convenient. I recommend this hotel. The location is also ideal.

staff let hotel down.

rude male concierge staff or perhaps they are just like this with women no idea where they get their staff from. not suited to this hotel. perhaps a 2 star b&B. whe n i said he was quite rude he walked off laughing. before had asked a question waiting for him to come back after 5 mins observed he was cleaning a desk fiddling with stationery.
