5 Star? Yeah right
Had potential. Zero help upon arrival, staff sat at front desk and watched us struggle up the front stairs with suitcases, open the door ourselves, and get to the front desk without assistance. Bathroom door handle was broken, sink clogged, shower door broken, shower water temperature went from hot to cold every second. They fixed the doors when asked, but at a place like this why did I have to ask? How many times was that room serviced and they noticed the issues but didn’t bother to fix them? The sink stayed clogged the whole time. Bring an eye mask and ear plugs if you plan to sleep at all, window coverings are a joke and the room was extremely bright all night and loud. It’s a beautiful building and had potential but we were sorely disappointed and will not be back.

Beautiful hotel, breakfast and cocktails are amazing. Lovely to experience breakfast in two different rooms throughout my day. Felt very special and staff were really attentive.

A charming townhouse hotel in the heart of London's Kensington area - this property oozes style and charm. Gorgeous bedrooms and very well thought out food and beverage offerings LOVE the flora upon arrival and the level of detail through the entire stay

Phenomenal service
We had a lovely stay here. The service we received from Daisy and Nicole at the front desk, Harvey and Arman at the Concierge desk and Catherine in the dining room, was sublime. The food was great. The only complaint we had about the accommodation was they could have moved the king-sized bed a foot to the right for better access, but that was a minor concern because everything else was perfect. The tone was the best possible balance between formal and friendly and we had one of the best stays at a hotel here. We will come back

Lovely staff at such a gorgeous hotel
My husband and daughter stayed at The Kensington recently and only have good things to say! A gorgeous hotel, lovely staff especially Nicole on reception at check in and Daniela at breakfast who made their stay so special. Their positive review has left me very jealous - I’ll be booking a stay for myself very shortly!
