We came for some drinks, the service was excellent. Gürcan was especially very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend this hotel it is very clean and the atmosphere is lovely and the drinks were very nice. I am very pleased with my experience here.

Gurcan was the best!!! He was very kind and welcoming the food was delicious. The rooms was very clean and tidy. I enjoyed everything about the hotel Im going to come to London in May again and prefer this hotel again. The hotels facilities were equally impressive.

I always come here after school and i absolutely love their drinks. everytime i come here Gurcan helps me with everything . Everytime i come here I sit at the outside table and the staff especially Mario and Gurcan is so helpful. I will keep coming here.Excellent Service Excellent Food and Drinks

The drinks are really good and the service from Gurcan was very nice and friendly, hotel was skid clean and tidy, it was really warm and cozy too, the restroom was also really clean. Again Gurcans service was really good I would recommend this place to others

What a wonderful way to spend a weekend celebrating a birthday with friends Stayed one night with lovely breakfast included Arrived early and delighted to find rooms ready for us to access .. top marks to the warm welcome at reception and all the staff we came into contact with were so helpful ,courteous and kind Wonderful gesture of gorgeous flowers, cake and champagne in the room .. very much appreciated to be made to feel so special Must visit the gorgeous cocktail bar .. great place for evening drinks and the waiting staff knowledgable and attentive Booked Sunday lunch in Town House Restaurant and was delicious but not all options available by 3.30pm which is unusual .. great service by Danielle for ensuring comfort and ambience for pre drinks Thomas and the front of house team were available at all times and certainly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional Massive thank you for a wonderful time
