The Landmark is the best 5 star hotel in London. Afternoon tea at the Landmark was a wonderful once in a lifetime experience. All Staff at the Landmark provide exceptional service. Luxurious rooms. Winter garden atrium is a calm beautiful oasis in central London

Perfect place with the perfect staff
I went there to propose and they were beyond helpful! The staff were so accommodating and friendly and the manager Chloe went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect! Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for somewhere to host their special event and wants a gorgeous location with the best staff!

Best Hotel in London
We visit this hotel every year and it is truly a home away from home. You can't help but be happy when you're staying at such a hotel. Service is always top notch, we are always greeted with a smile and given a warm welcome. Rooms are so lovely and extremely spacious which is so rare to find in London. Toiletries are amazing. Lifts are fast. Gym is well equipped and clean. I have no complaints. Truly heaven and such a rare gem in London.

Wow! What an amazing 5 star experience! I have never felt so relaxed. Tik was incredible- from start to finish she was professional and ensured I was comfortable throughout. My skin has never felt so smooth after a full body scrub and massage. I highly recommend and I will be back! Thank you :)
