The Landmark London

My family and I (2 adults and 2 children) booked a 2 night stay over the Easter Weekend. We booked the Marlyebone family studio. After a hiccup with the room we had to move to another room (the Executive Family room). The hiccup could not have been foreseen by the hotel, however, they went out of their way to ensure we were moved as quickly as possible. Amritpal (guest relations manager) organised this for us and liaised with us through out our stay to ensure we were happy and comfortable. The room was very spacious and had the usual things you would expect. Room service came very quickly whenever requested. The highlight of our stay was the Winter garden restaurant and the Garden Terrace. Each time we went, either for drinks, lunch or dinner, the staff made us feel very special and were great at entertaining the children. The food was delicious and even our normally fussy 5 year old enjoyed his food. There are too many staff members too mention, but a special mention for Amtripal in management, Kristina, Maryta, Emerson, Aleksandra and David who all worked in the restaurant and garden terrace. A huge thank you to everyone above and all the others too in making our stay very special. We will definitely be coming back. I would encourage everyone to give the hotel a visit at some point even if you are not staying, to at least enjoy the Winter garden restaurant with it lovely music and entertainment. Tarandeep Singh

Wonderful afternoon tea to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Our server, Mihai was very attentive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The sandwiches, scones and cakes were exceptional, with some new flavours and all a delight. The ambience, surroundings and the pianist were also fantastic. Highly recommend.

We visited the Landmark for High Palms High Tea at the weekend . The service was excellent from start to finish. Staff were very attentive especially Andrew. He went over and above ensuring that we had an enjoyable experience . Would definitely recommend a visit .

We had a wonderful experience during our visit. Mihai provided outstanding service, attentive and professional. The sandwiches were fresh, treats were exquisite, the tea was amazing, and the atmosphere was truly lovely. Highly recommended.
