My wife and i had a wonderful experience in this hotel. We stayed 4 nights in the pink suite, view on the green garden close to hyde park, nothing special to say about the room, everything was perfect, including the butler service. Large gym and pleasant little swimming pool, great spa but we didn't try it. Stylish restaurant featuring a glass roof and huge chandeliers, beautiful paintings (see photo), magnificent bar also . We had beakfast and dinner each day, very good meals, efficient and discreet staff. Very good central and quiet place to organise visits of London.

A London classic. One of the best by all means. The lobby area is so cosy and warm. The staff are friendly and attentive. The interior is so warm. The bar area is a place that you could sit in for hours without getting bored. Overall it’s recommended, however the room charge is quite expensive.

My husband and I went for lunch yesterday and from the moment you stepped into the hotel you felt special. The food was delicious, the staff were helpful, engaging and could not do enough for you, down to the concierge helping us to locate Lilibet for a fuss and photo. Thank you for a wonderful experience and next time I hope to stay.
