The Lanesborough, Oetker Collection

Six weeks after our first stay at the Lanesborough, I returned for a solo trip due completely to the previous excellent service provided. As I was by my self, I interacted frequently with Hotel Personnel discussing everything from local activities, attractions, club football (Arsenal, Charlton, Man United and Liverpool) as I was in the City for two fixtures, and dining among other activities. Although I had arrived six hours early, I was afforded the privilege to freshen in the Lanesborough Club & Spa before heading out for breakfast/lunch. After settling in the experience of service, accommodations, food/beverage, et cetera were top notch. Looking forward to our stay in July 2025 for Jeff Lynne at BST Hyde! Can not wait to see Shane, Dario, and the rest of the Staff again! Also, arrival treat is always a welcomed surprise!

I visited The Lanesborough for Christmas and enjoyed a completely beautiful experience. I travel a lot for my business and regularly stay in 5 Star hotels but the teamwork and service (with a smile) that i witnessed in The Lanesborough was terrific to see. I would compliment the Hotel Management on there choice of staff throughout the hotel but special mention for the front of house/bar/restaurant team, Shane, Tadhg, John (Restaurant -Kilkenny) , Yousra (hope selling is right), Michael (Library -France) and many others all of whom made every interaction friendly and fun. The Lansborough building and interior decor is superb but memories are created by people and the Lanesborough 'Ambassadors' of which I have named but a few will make your visit and stay a truly remarkable experience and I will be back. Our third Christmas with The Lanesborough and we have already booked for 2025. The standard of the hotel remains at such a high level, this includes the accommodation, food and staff. We had our Xmas dinner in The Lanesborough Grill and the food was excellent, it was lovely to see so many people enjoying themselves and the staff are so welcoming. Cannot wait for our next visit in February.

Another wonderful lunch here with friends. From the moment you approach the hotel everything is certainly 5*. All the staff are very friendly, well trained & looking to make sure your visit is one to remember for all the right reasons. As usual lunch was great & looking forward to coming back in 2025!

From walking through the front doors to being shown to our seating area, ALL the staff were pleasant and very helpful. The venue itself is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The festive decorations were stunning (lots of great photo opportunities). My two best friends and I opted for the festive Bridgerton afternoon tea for our annual Christmas celebrations and it did not disappoint. The staff excellently explained the items on the stand and were very attentive to providing more sandwiches and lots of tea, and provided exquisite service. Exceptional venue and will be pleased to come again to experience this wonderful hotel and its charm
