Spot on! Amazing hotel steps away from Harrod’s and a 15 minute walk from Victoria Station!
We transferred from a less comfortable AirBNB and it was a delightful transition! We enjoyed the service from Pastora and Barbara in the bar area who educated us on cream tea and made wonderful Old Fashioned drinks and Espresso Martinis. Jose and Dino were fantastic and hospitable at the front. They responded to our every need! Our room was extremely comfortable and clean! The location is unbeatable!

Great stay
Great stay, the staff is great especially Dino, Paulo, Stella, Luisa and Valerica. great location next to harrods and i will see you next year thank you…..the restaurant was very nice the staff makes the difference in this hotel. Much appreciated

The service and room were excellent. High quality everything and the service was súperb. Excellent location right near to Harrods. The English breakfast which was included was delicious and extremely generous, this hotel is excellent value for the money

Great stay on a wonderful location
The hotel is in an excellent location with access to many sights . It is clean , rooms are of a good size for London and well equipped . The staff are friendly , supportive and go beyond their remit to deliver excellent service . We were very satisfied with the service provided by Paulo Villar who ensured medication left behind arrived safely in New York .

I can’t fault a single thing. Everything went perfect and a special thank you to Alejandro Torrecilla for the best hospitality and customer service I’ve had. I will 100% be returning back here everytime I stay in London without any doubt. Thank you
