A gem… right in the heart of Knightsbridge!
Absolutely loved our stay at the Capital Hotel… the staff couldn’t have been anymore accommodating, honestly they were 10/10 especially Paulo and the concierge team. Our room 276 was lovely and a great size too. Re the location you couldn’t get any closer to Harrods, you are right in the heart of Knightsbridge… perfect for our needs!

Great Location for Touring London
We had a fabulous stay at The Capital Hotel during the holidays. The location was central to traveling around London. The accommodations were comfortable for my family of four. The staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to take care of all our travel needs especially when our flight home was cancelled, and we had to stay an extra day. I would highly recommend this property for anyone traveling to London, especially with a family.

A True Gem in London
The Capital Hotel came to our rescue when our Airbnb fell through at 2 AM, and we couldn’t have been more grateful. The staff was warm and welcoming, the rooms incredibly comfortable, and the location perfect for exploring the city. We’ve stayed here before and absolutely will again—it's always a pleasure and consistently a fantastic experience.

forget the location etc..and not really a 'cheap' hotel BUT the TEAM makes all the difference and would be enough and the only reason why one would stay there.

Great Night Manager
Lovely stay and an excellent night manager ( Akshar). I would come back only for him. Fantastic service! I would really recommend this bar for the good service and great drinks. The hotel rooms are lovely and the location is just next to Harrods.
