London Marriott Hotel Park Lane

I love the breakfast here. The food are great and the service by Vivian is excellent! We were served by Vivian for 7 days and we cant ask for a better sevice. The other exceptional thing is the marbled- theme clean bathroom with Penhaligon’s toiletries.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The location is good as well. The waiter Vivian in the hotel restaurant is very attentive and greeted us every morning with a smile, he honestly made our daily breakfast visit great.

We were greeted warmly on arrival and shown to our table. I had previously requested a gluten free afternoon tea and this was confirmed with me. The service was exceptional. Our waiter was Vivian and he made the afternoon really special. The quality of the food was very good and the presentation was stunning. We stayed chatting and eating for a long time a d no one prompted us to leave, but we were offered more tea which was appreciated. I think it is a good value afternoon tea in a beautiful hotel in a good location with exceptional staff. I would not hesitate to recommend.

it's great hotel and all staf is nice The restaurant is good, the food tastes great, and all the staff are nice, especially Vivian. The rooms are excellent and the cleanliness is high I will come again in this hotel. Thank you mr vivian for your services

It was very nice and quite stay and the location is perfect but you need to becarful at night around the hotel location And housekeeping was perfect too The staff extremely kind Especially mr Shubham -reception manager- my best regards to him
