London Marriott Hotel Park Lane

I went with my friend at the afternoon tea in Lanes of London and the experience was amazing. The food and service was really great and especially Mr. Sanjay he was very helpful and polite he recommended and explained us about the teas it was a nice experience with him.

Excellent location close to Big Bus tour, Marble Arch, , shopping at Marks & Spencer. Anthony, doorman, gave us a warm welcome many times. Sahil checked us in and was very thankful of our choosing Park Lane and showed us several areas including the Executive Lounge. We saw Sahil many times and always remembered us, the two couples. Kingsley managed our luggage and also thanked us for staying here as well as greeting us a few times. Concierge and Security Member helped me understand phone system and called my rental car company as our British Telecom/Verizon service was not working; other guests had same problem with their cell networks too. Ahmed, server we saw many times, in the Executive was very friendly and working hard with the guests; several women servers were also very nice and worked hard too, in the Executive Lounge. Overall, professional, courteous, and attentive staff that did their best to treat the guests as VIP! Excellent Management Team there as the whole team was Excellent! The room housekeeping staff was very friendly and gave us what we requested.

During our stay at this hotel, we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional quality of services offered. Every aspect was thoughtfully managed, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The breakfast was a standout highlight, with a wonderful selection and fresh, A special mention to Mr. Vivian, whose professionalism and dedication made each breakfast service exceptional. He was always friendly, attentive, and eager to assist, making sure everything was perfectly served. We truly appreciated the hospitality and can’t wait to return for another wonderful stay.

We arrived at this hotel and were blown away by the service and attention to detail Everyone on staff treated us like gold even though we looked a little worse for wear after travelling etc The pool was sublime as was the cute restaurant/bar and our room was amazing There was not one thing wrong with this place and the location was perfect

Great experience at Marriott with Vivian and the rest of the team. Selection of delicious savouries, scones and deserts with lovely tea and champagne. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Superb location for London sightseeing. Would highly recommend.
