Staff at the GF Japanese bar was asked us to leave, room service was awful. Couldn’t believe paying so much for such a humiliation. Paying £1000 a night, worthless that doesnt include a breakfast, and had to buy a buffet breakfast, and it even not included a coffee😂😂 what is the breakfast without coffee..most of the guests were so angry and complaining in the breakfast restaurant, which made me feel even more worse and killed my whole morning. Went to the spa, reception girls so busy chatting and no one shows up in the spa if there was urgent case. Made me feel Better stay in bed& breakfast with low key hotel and enjoy with my £1000. Mandarin mayfair is very old & felt that staff doesnt care about customers anymore.

I have to start off by saying that the House Manager Henrietta Sinha made a huge difference. She went above and beyond in correcting something that caused us issues. We reached the hotel very late after a train delay and terrible traffic delays for more than 2 hours. We had to rush out to dinner and asked the receptionist at the Check in counter to send our luggage upstairs to the room. We came back after dinner to our room at 11 pm, only to find no luggage. When we called, they said they will send it right away but no luggage for the next 30 minutes. It was 11:30 pm, we were tried and still needed to get to our clothes. It was not acceptable for a hotel of high caliber. I called again and shared my opinion. Nothing happened the next day. The day we were going to leave, they provided us a spa coupon to use. When I went to the spa, they said they are of course fully booked. I felt very disappointed as they acted as if they care but really did not want to oblige. That time, the House Manager Henrietta met me and was very kind and sweet- she offered to provide me a couple of spa items to take home and just turned the experience a very positive one. She also apologized for the issue. While I am not happy about the luggage delay, I thought Henrietta turned it around. Hence I recommend this hotel!

Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. The personalized amenities and the attention to details truly made the difference. We were greeted at the door with a warm smile and instantly our luggage was out of our hands and on its way to the room. Briefly chatted with lovely Gianfranco who helped us with directions. Check in was smooth and pleasant with lovely Giselle. The ladies at the SPA were also very prompt and helped us around the SPA. Dinner at The Aubrey was exceptional. Was super confused as to what to order when Sean stepped in and offered to curate our experience based on our preferences and personal taste which was truly appreciated. We went to breakfast very early in the morning to appreciate the peace and the lovely view over the park. Everything was delicious with extra touched to personalize. Amazing hotel and Stay . Excellence of service exceeded our expectations ! The Mandarin junior suite is lovely. All restaurants & hotel facilities : pool / fitness were great. Thank you we will definitely come back at our favorite hotel in london.

The welcome from the excellent staff, the fabulous suite, the ambience within the property and the attention to detail were exceptional. A truly memorable experience in a superb hotel, excellent location in the heart of London. Thanks for making our visit so wonderful.
