Best hotel in best location
Everything is perfect there, Mandarin Hotel is as always gorgeous, distinguished by its service, food and everything else! approach to clients at the highest level, and also the location is the best with its own exit to the park hyde ! I recommend

Probably the best hotel in town
Excellent service, everything is done to make your stay even more comfortable. Whether it is the concergie, staff of spa, housekeeping, manager, desk staff, everyone creates that special experience to stay in one of the best hotels of London. I was upgraded to a room overlooking the park. Breakfast is outstanding. I am sure to come back in the near future.

Amazing Service
Service was amazing throughout our stay. From the moment we checked right to check out all staff were attentive and kind. It was perfect. Daily breakfast was lovely and the view of Hyde park was was lovely. Looking forward to my next stay at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park.

I am absolutely speechless the stay and the hospitality service from all the staffs the managers and the head of customer relations team was absolutely flawless Top tier. Cannot go wrong in anyway shape of form. Definitely recommend it. Head of guest relation pim receptionist gisella and the receptionist team and the day manager federica gave me and my partner top tier service couldn’t ask for more. It was my first ever stay at the mandarin amazing. I am not one to leave review but this should speak for its self now. Happy days I’m

Great, place, people and food
Beautiful Hotel with an attentive service that is second to none. Second time staying and would definitely return. Had a couple of small problems with the room which was immediately rectified. Extremely comfortable beds and very spacious rooms. Had dinner in Hestons restaurant which was absolutely Devine and very highly recommended. Breakfast was also delicious. We look forward to returning in the near future. Great for shopping, theatre or just enjoying the amenities at the hotel. A nice stroll around the park after breakfast is a must. Thanks for a glorious evening.
