We are just back from a European Christmas trip which culminated with a four night stay at the London Marylebone. We chose this hotel primarily based on previous trips to its sister hotel, the Westbury, in Dublin. In short, the Marylebone met and exceeded all our expectations. Upon our arrival, our taxi was met at the front door by Kevin who immediately grabbed our bags and escorted us into the hotel. It was immediately clear that the Marylebone follows the Westbury model of hiring only the most friendly, efficient employees which then translates to a wonderful guest experience. Kevin showed us to our room, explained all the technical details and chatted with us about our plans for the next few days. Everyday after that, Kevin never failed to interact with us and ask how our stay was going. We also had the chance to interact with Beata during the breakfast service, and we see why she is so often mentioned in these reviews. What a cordial, outgoing, and professional employee and again I was found wondering who does the Doyle Hotels' hiring and training because they are experts. As for the hotel, the beautiful physical layout, comfortable rooms, and fabulous location all make this an ideal choice when visiting London. Yes, it is expensive, but sometimes in life you have to treat yourself, and for sure we will be treating ourselves again.

I had breakfast here sometimes and everything was very nice. Not only the buffet and various breakfast options but also the waitresses. Especially Beata was super sweet and carrying. You had many options when it came to beverages and food. A top recommendation.

Wow honestly I am speechless! Firstly, I have never come across in all my years staying in hotels across the UK and overseas the most polite and helpful staff. Massive thanks to the front desk team such as Sarah, Loretta and all of the other team. We were introduced to our fabulous room where we were given options of everything included in the hotel from the amazing dining options to the gym and it was just fantastic. There is so much to do in this hotel and in the heart of a fabulous location of London. I will be booking here in the future again and be looking no where else.

Lovely hotel with exceptional staff! Tea and coffee amenities we're great, with an extra little Christmas treat of mince pies, truffles and some tangerines! Breakfast was buffet style with hot food made to order and Beata was amazing at taking care of our every breakfast need. Her rapport with guests was amazing, remembering names, conversations and having a genuine interest in the guests and her job.
