Great location, fantastic suite, all you could ask for in terms of amenities. They’ve updated the hotel well since our last visit, service was also great. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a true five-star experience in an unrivalled location.

Amazing stay
I have stayed in a number of hotels in London and while they have all been lovely, The Mayfair went above and beyond. The staff were amazing, the food was so delicious, the rooms were comfortable and our stay was amazing.

Top Star Customer Service in Mayfair…
On arrival, I was received with the most Warmest welcome by George andTipu! They were extremely friendly and very helpful escorting me to the bar lounge area! Whilst at the bar, khadyjar was sooooooo amazingly helpful with a beaming smile and advised a delicious dish for me to try over the lunchtime period. I also was made to feel at home by the manager Fabrizio, who showed me that nothing was too much for him to do for me! Partipan provided me with cold beverages, and ensure my every need was catered for! Partipan had showed me that my wellbeing was his priority, which is rare in this day and age! Well Done Washington and Mayfair hotel staff, you all ensured that my stay meant a lot to them and that nothing was ever too much for them! They ensured that my stay would become a ‘memorable, lifelong enjoyable experience! If you want a cosy comfortable clean room, with tasty affordable food and staff who genuinely care for your customer service experience, then The Mayfair Washington Hotel is your stay! A quality place to stay
I have been staying at the May Fair hotel for more than 7 years. Perfect location to visit London. Hotel standard are very good. Professional staffs . Highly appreciated Claudia at the reception attention and special touch . Very welcoming.

My mom stayed in this hotel and loved it. I would like to thank Sadie she made my mom’s stay amazing.Sadie was very helpful accommodating my mothers needs since it was her first time traveling solo. Thank you so much Sadie for making my mom’s stay a memorable one
