The May Fair Hotel

I sent the board members to meet there and stay for a couple of nights. They all enjoyed the stay, the meeting room was well organized, and the food was delicious.

We spent two wonderful nights at Mayfair, and it was an incredible experience! The location is perfect, with Piccadilly just a 10-minute walk away, and the staff was amazing. A huge thank you to Claudia at the reception for her warm welcome and exceptional hospitality. I highly recommend it!

On first arrival my husband was really gutted that the photos upon booking is not the room we received. However.. Niousha was the most incredible member of staff and couldn’t have done more for us. She was very professional but also made us feel like we were cared for and important not just another person staying at the hotel without her we would have left the hotel. Our 5* review is purely based on how amazing she was and she’s a real credit to the hotel! Amazing customer service with the friendliest of faces. Thank you Niousha! I really hope you are recognised!

Great services, professional staff cross all sections of the Hotel and wonderful breakfast & dining ambiance. Knowledgeable staff especially in room dining very well located in the heart of central London. Green park tube station just around the corner. Especial thanks to Niousha at the front desk.
