Beautiful modern hotel with a perfect location for sight-seeing. 5 min walk to 2 tube stations, Golden Tours Hop-On Hop-Off stops right across the street. British museum, Covent Garden and London Eye easily walkable. We had a 2 bedroom suite for our family, and it was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The included breakfast is absolutely delicious and includes multiple items from the entire menu, including barista coffee drinks. We arrived before check-in time after a red-eye flight (9am) and we were warmly welcomed with coffee, champagne, candy for the kids, and a bathroom where we could freshen up and change. They held our bags and we set out for a lovely day of sightseeing. Hotel lighting is dark, as mentioned by some reviewers, but we enjoyed it, as it added to the ambiance and kept the hallways and common areas quiet.

Great hotel, comfort and luxurious. The best welcome pack, not only all staff members with a smile, welcome treats that gives you a warm heart. Best breakfast in town, service and food are worth the visit just for the breakfast. Delicious and breathtaking details.

I chose this hotel as the venue to celebrate a reunion with a friend I had not seen in thirty years and it was the best decision I could have made. Yes, the hotel was stylish, well situated and comfortable. The food was great from Luciano's but the heart of the hotel, and the one thing that made our trip special and memorable, was Emilia, our Experience Hostess. The beautiful Emilia made us feel welcome and comfortable from the moment of our arrival. It was like meeting an old friend. She combined humour and professionalism seamlessly and genuinely shared our joy in our reunion. We will definitely be back because of how she made us feel and the depth of the experience we felt in her presence. The hotel is lovely but Emilia is the gem.

We had a fabulous stay at ME London. We came to celebrate anniversary at the hotel and notified in adavnce regarding the special occasion. We were greeted very warmaly and during our stay the staff were so nice and kind to check that the stay meets our expectations. The rooms are very spacious which allowed us to easily work during the day when we had to. The room service was good and the rooms got cleaned up each day. The breakfast was amazing for us as vegetarian and vegan and the restaurant's staff was amazing. Thank you for an amazing anniversary celebration!

Were booked here as part of a Costco Travel package. It was our first visit to London . The area was amazing! Soho shopping, theaters, tons of dining options all within walking distance. Hotel staff were wonderful especially Diana who went out of her way to give us a special tour.
