Outstanding front desk customer service and cozy rooms.
Incredible experience. They help with lost item, held for us, till we returned. Very honest and friendly stuff. Hotel is very cozy, felt like at home. Concierge did outstanding job helping us. Spa was small, but productive. We highly recommend them and planning to come back. Sorry, it took as that long to write review. We been traveling and working lot!

Real Gem
A real gem of a hotel with fantastic customer service and attention to detail. The Reception team in particular merit comment, we asked to move to a slightly larger room if available and they could not have been more accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely use the Milestone whenever we are staying in London.

Impeccable service
The service was Impeccable! The room was cozy and enough space for one or two persons! I loved very much the bathtub and the blue night lighting in the toilet! Thoroughly and well organized the space! I warmly recommend it to everyone! I will definitely go back! Cheers, Di

Theatre trip to the "Big Smoke"!
Excellent service and attention to detail, perfect for a weekend escape. Loved the bed time book and reading light, a touch of class. Special mention to the commisionaire, a fellow Welshman, his restaurant recommendation was spot on! Diolch yn fawr.

High recommandation! Especially Concierge Jorge is a dear Advisor, who made our trip special and unforgettable during our stay as a couple!as well we want to mention Angelo , the Chief of stables Bar who endulged is with Perfect Drinks! Looking forward to come back!

I traveled to London and stayed at The Milestone Hotel this summer. It was a wonderful experience. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The service was excellent along with the accommodations. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying again in the future!

We stayed at the fabulous Milestone Hotel in London, opposite Kensington Palace. The service and attention to detail of everyone from the manager to our own personal butler was a most truly unforgettable experience. Staff we had never met before even knew our names at all times. Very friendly and professional.

My husband and I have stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world. If there was a way to give The Milestone more than 5 stars - I would give them 15 stars. It is quite possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed in London or anywhere else. Our room was large and beautiful, with amenities I have never seen anywhere else, like a silver case with printed cards with my name and all the hotel information to give out while I was staying at the Milestone. Every little thing that we might need was thought of. If you read the website - it sounds too good to be true, but it is even better than described.
The staff was perfect. We felt like honored members of a very exclusive club. I had filled out an email questionnaire and they got everything right. When we first walked into the bar, the barman said, "Good evening." He knew our names and then he reached for a bottle of my husband's favorite rum. We will never stay anywhere else in London.
