Coming Home
"Dad, The Milestone feels like coming home". My daughters have been coming to The Milestone for over 15 years on our family trips. Now, as they bring their own children, the next generation of our family can appreciate what being well taken care of really means. Many thanks to everyone at our favorite hotel.

Just a bliss!
This was our third stay at the Milestone Hotel. What can I say? Our home away from home just keeps on getting better. From the warm greeting at the reception to the wonderful rooms, from the newly refurbished bar to the wonderful breakfast it was just a bliss. The location at the edge of Kensington Gardens is fabulous but what makes this special is the staff - from Steve at the door to Angelo at the bar, and everyone else working at the hotel are true professionals. Will be back, again!

A wonderful experience in the Windsor Suite
We had our vow renewal lunch with about 25 family & friends in the Windsor suite. It was just so lovely. Yummy food, kind staff and the ambiance was beautiful. Very thankful to Emma for helping us plan the day and to Grant who organised the day perfectly

Fantastic hotel with amazing service!
This was a first rate experience in every way! When we arrived the charming doorman greeted us kindly and even knew who we were. The manager checked us in beautifully and even walked us to our room. The turn down service was amazing and the rooms are gorgeous. After a fabulous high tea, we walked on the grounds around Kensington Palace. It was an idyllic experience from start to finish. Not only is the Milestone an absolutely beautiful property in the very best place possible, the service was second to none. I give this hotel experience the very highest recommendation possible!! If you want a truly fabulous experience in London, this is the best place for it!

Amazing hotel
We went as part of our honeymoon to the Milestone and it did not disappoint. Their level of service and dedication is amongst the very best we have ever experienced. The hotel is beautifully decorated with its luxurious amenities and kept clean. Kensington garden is just across the street whilst being centrally located in London. Nothing but positive comments about this hotel. The staff is very accommodating and were very helpful with my husband's wedding suit, making arrangements on the weekend.

I traveled to London and stayed at The Milestone Hotel this summer. It was a wonderful experience. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The service was excellent along with the accommodations. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying again in the future!

We stayed at the fabulous Milestone Hotel in London, opposite Kensington Palace. The service and attention to detail of everyone from the manager to our own personal butler was a most truly unforgettable experience. Staff we had never met before even knew our names at all times. Very friendly and professional.

My husband and I have stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world. If there was a way to give The Milestone more than 5 stars - I would give them 15 stars. It is quite possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed in London or anywhere else. Our room was large and beautiful, with amenities I have never seen anywhere else, like a silver case with printed cards with my name and all the hotel information to give out while I was staying at the Milestone. Every little thing that we might need was thought of. If you read the website - it sounds too good to be true, but it is even better than described.
The staff was perfect. We felt like honored members of a very exclusive club. I had filled out an email questionnaire and they got everything right. When we first walked into the bar, the barman said, "Good evening." He knew our names and then he reached for a bottle of my husband's favorite rum. We will never stay anywhere else in London.
